Was looking more into this Zoom pandemic comedy group on YT with Careesi appearances.
It is VERY tiny. 27 subs, a little over 1k lifetime views. Created Sept 27th, 2020. Streamed these Zoom comedy hangouts among friends roughly every 2 weeks from Oct 2nd, 2020 to June 4th, 2021.
Last episode talks about shutting down the Zoom show to try to go back to performing live because California clubs were open again.
The host, Adrianna McCain, seems moderately leftist. She did some news segments in some of the episodes I reviewed. They seem more annoyed that Gavin Newsom had closed all the clubs and issued stay-at-home orders for Christmas 2020 rather than actually worried about the 'rona or COVID health theater. But there were also segments talking about Chris Christie conceding the 2020 election to Biden, talk about "Republicans", but nothing too unhinged.
The YT view counts are in single digits to low double, including the recent renewed interest. These were more like Zoom hangouts between comedian friends with a few mentions of parents also listening. A few of the "headliners" were fellow comedians who interacted with the old Careesi X account like Natasha Vinik and Matt Eddy.
The last appearance that Careesi was listed in the description was the Dec 18th, 2020 Zoom Christmas party that was linked on the r/Hoemath subreddit with him talking about shaving his head in the intro.

Here's the 10 minute set on Dec 18th, 2020, Careesi's last Zoom comedy appearance with this group
TL; DW
- They already have him labeled as "knife guy"
- He attends their Xmas party, then tells them he hates absolutely everything about the holiday other than some esoteric concept of Jesus/the Light rising. But he's not Christian.
- He briefly does a demo of the meaning of the occult symbols on his background apartment walls
0:40
- The host's dad got bored during Careesi's set to go take a shower
- wrt the Peanuts Christmas, Careesi identifies with Charlie Brown because he's miserable & "everyone shits on him". Justin is what happens when Charlie Brown is "sick of your shit".
- Host emcee in his outro calls him an "interesting fella"
- Much later, another female performer mentions they are late because they had a date earlier in the evening. Careesi can be heard shouting from the audience "I wish".
- "I wish I had something to stab..."
- Host: Are you a fan of Xmas or are you the Grinch?
- JC - "I appreciate the celebration of the rising light of Christ & nothing else."
- "I eschew consumerism."
- Talks about how he'd rather convert to the Amish, but would miss his phone.
Female Host: Your feelings towards the rise of Christ?
Male Host: What about your happiest Xmas memory?
JC: (re: happy memories) That's worse (as a happy Xmas party topic).
JC: Jesus is a Apollonian deity - male, sun-centered, oriented to the East
*Shows off occult red squares/circles on his apartment walls and explains their symbolism*
- was raised Christian, but now only appreciates the "esoteric meaning of it"
- hates Xmas songs, Mariah Carey
- not a big fan of the Grinch either
- has nothing good to say about Xmas, only wants "the sun to come up again"
- asked about Muppets Xmas, Careesi claims to have never seen a Muppets episode
- knows what Peanuts is, identifies most with Charlie Brown
- cuz Charlie Brown is bald, miserable, asks "Why can't everything be better?" then everyone shits on him. "That's my life."
- Careesi - "I'm what happens when Charlie Brown is sick of your shit"
- Careesi thinks main meaning of Xmas is the "rising of life energy, Qi/Chi as it's known all over the world"
- Careesi eventually makes an analogy between the different books/chapters of the New Testament in their portrayals of Jesus and the different iterations and reboots of Batman
- "I hate Xmas, but I can talk about how I hate it, that's fun."
- Shifted topics that he dated someone who later moved to Hawaii after their breakup, was broke, ate anthill eggs for sustenance, said they were "OK".
- Set wraps up, host is hesitant to wish him a Happy Holidays.
- Careesi agrees to have A Christmas, not necessarily a happy one.
- "I'll be alive for all of it", probably.
