I'm sure that's the lawyer position, and I get where you're coming from, but some of us non-lawyers still want to believe in silly things like truth and justice, and not view everything in terms of how much money somebody can get.

That's a fine position to take when it's somebody else's lawsuit or when somebody else is footing the bill.

When it's YOUR house or YOUR life savings on the line, most people will take the lawyer view. Not because they want to -- simply because the financial risks are so great.

And even when you can afford it, a lot of people will just take the view that the stress and the disruption to your life isn't worth whatever damages you're likely to win. It's one thing if you're coming out with millions of dollars, but if you're only likely to come out with a few thousand but it's going to eat up two or three years of your life to get there, walking away is often the smart thing to do -- regardless of the rights and wrongs of the issue.

Finally, there's no way in hell anyone can paint this as a win for Rekieta. It's cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars, his reputation, years out of his life and his sanity. While Monty might not have taken the Mustang, he made Rackets pay for the wrong he did him -- and pay dear.

I am not saying Monty is wrong to withdraw. What I am saying here is that is unfortunate that Monty had to withdraw. That the financial considerations primarily dictate the ability for somebody to get justice in this country.

I am allowed to believe that.

Going into battle against someone with his mother's money at his disposal is not going to work if all people do is a head to head battle. The power of money will overwhelm you and you will lose. The successful attack on Rekieta will come in an environment where the money is either matched or irrelevant.
Having said that, Montagraph achieved most of what he set out to achieve and he is the one who triggered the full exposure of Rekieta. Monty is a better researcher than people give him credit for even if he only accidentally stumbles over the truth.

He said those words? hahaha wow.
During his CPS case, he (unprompted) stood up and loudly announced to the court that if any of his kids tested positive for cocaine it was due to environmental exposure, and there could be no other explanation, to which the judge asked his attorney if there was anything else she wanted to say, and she said there was not, and the court simply moved on. This was in one of the early MNPR document drops.

Iirc, this was the only instance of anyone in the CPS case even bringing up the positive test. Nick has since claimed that the court used it to delay him getting his kids back, but we really have no proof for this apart from his claim. If it happened, it would've been after he got the CPS case sealed.

EDIT: I was wrong on two counts, lol. I believe there was an instance of him interjecting unprompted in the middle of a court hearing, I must have gotten it mixed up with his coping about the test. Also, the report that MNPR published that let everyone know about the kid testing positive was part of the CHIPS case, and the test was used to support not returning them to Nick and Kayla's custody.

He was pleading with the judge for leniency and to get his kids back. Citing that the kids said they were unaware of drug use totally makes sense in that case - it shows that Nick and Kayla were hiding it well and being "responsible" versus snorting rails right in front of the kids.

However, "And uhhhh the kids said if they test positive it must have been from something else, not their parents!" made NO sense to tack on to the end there given the context. And don't let him tell you he was "quoting" the state - he wasn't, he was paraphrasing from memory. He intentionally and deliberately included the "if they test positive" line because he knew there was a kid pissing hot right around the corner and he was trying to get out ahead of it (as he is wont to do - see confessing to choking his son in the chiropractor's office lobby as a more recent example)

A simple map of the Rekieta rat nest would help a lot because it quickly will prove or disprove various JFK style angles and lines of sight and proximity claims.
I mean if the kids are a house away from the perverted activities that's one thing but if they are in there, next to it or close, that is another thing entirely, surely.
With a such a slimy lying faggot it's facts and simple common sense that trip Rekieta up not endlessly arguing with him over what the meaning of "is" is.

There's 3 ways of taking this:

1. Nick knew that he was so bad at storing his coke that his kids would get exposed indirectly
2. Nick was aware that one or more of his kids had gotten into his cocaine and tried to hide it
3. Nick have his daughter cocaine

The fact she tested so high proves pretty conclusively it's either 2 or 3

Both should result in a death sentence in a just world

A kid interrupted with a bad tummy. He went off screen for a minute, came back and said he told the kid to take PeptoBismol
The world’s best father sending his sick kid to take their own medicine. What an amazing upstanding father letting children into the medicine cabinet- this is probably how his daughter ended up with coke in her system.

Mr. Sen on YouTube is Baldowashing Rekieta. This faggot flip-flops so hard. He wanted Nick's downfall, now he's on Rekieta's dick. Of course he takes his potshots at the Farms and dear sneeder, using the same old ED article.

His video

Ghost archive isn't working for me right now.

Nick will 100% claim that the Anti-SLAPP would have worked within the next week.
Don’t be ridiculous. He’ll start this bullshit before his kids go to church on Sunday.
You're both wrong. He'll start it the very next stream. Possibly even tonight if he does one.

I can 100% guarantee it. I can guarantee it because he has been claiming (falsely) for years that Monty lost his suit against Morphonios because Monty was "proven to be a pedo." Not the real actual reason the case was dismissed, which was that Monty screwed up the filing and didn't know what the hell he was doing. It ain't like he's gonna be honest all of a sudden.

(Previously archived).

Despite the stipulation in the above screencapped document, what he's gonna go here is either claim:

1. "I would have gotten this dismissed."
2. "I would have proven Monty "sucks little boy cock.""
3. Some amalgamation of the two.

And his remaining audience is dumber than dogshit, and borderline illiterate, so it'll probably work on them. Watch.

It is what it is, I guess.

EDIT: Clarity.
