Legit Facebook Ban, this is the first step on a road but he's going to get shit canned by them because he hunger for the attention - I think keeping an eye on his Tumblr for now and watching his "friends" accounts like Greta an Slingblade will flush out his 3rd account when he makes one.
 
There's something perfect about Phil thinking he was in the clear and then getting banhammered again this quickly. You could even call it... DeLici-ous justice.

Saying Kiwis got you banned on Facebook for ban evasion is like saying Kiwis got me arressted because I shoplifted.

Can they not see this? Blocking is an internal action of facebook, a disciplinary measure that you incur for breaking the standards that you sign up for when you join facebook. So a tort matter, private, thus no police involvement, and then the whammy of donate? Donate for what, for why? How does that relate to the previous matter.

It makes sense (to Phil) when you think about it: it doubles as both a panhandling opportunity and a two-way scare tactic. First he tries to get the other fools of the rat king to donate money to help poor oppressed Phil, and now he tries to scare us by saying that the police are going to get Nool jailed and get the FBI to murder every kiwi in their sleep, and scares the other cows into believing that we can and will get their precious social media taken away.

Of course, the key factor is that Phil is retarded enough to actually BELIEVE this himself, and that it's not just some con.
