take everything Phil says about his sister-cousin with a grain of salt. For one, she moved in when he was ten, yet he acts like she was barely in his life. Its complete speculation but there is a non zero chance that the whole fucking conversation was "no we can't buy that right now. We just spent all this money getting your cousin set up in this house.
