Ralph sees a person that appears to be ready to take away his token wife. The only person useful to him in some manner. The rage is fueled, in my opinion by the fact that he in his mind did everything possible to secure their relationship: He got her to breed with him, he went so far to actually marry her, he isolated her so much that he took her to fucking Mexico, and did what he thought will permanently sever the relationship between May and her Father. After all this his rotting pig brain just can not comprehend why a Father (now think of Ronnie) would still love her daughter. He is doing it because of Ronnie issues, and because Ralph is incapable of looking past slightest of slights and burns bridges left and right if you giggle at his sharts.

He is wounded by Ronnie and a loving father is salt poured on that wound, it's so foreign to him that he doesn't even pretend to be one to his own children. His rant about "taking good parts from Harry's family away" and leaving him with shitty family is story of Ralph's life. Ralph's only family is his disabled brother. He doesn't care for Xander or Rozy, and Harry pokes at his complexes just by acting like he cares for his long grown children. His willingness to forgive them in whole or in part infuriates little Pig, it messes with his mind and with his stab wound.

I suggest Ralph goes for a woman that has no living father next time.

I am still baffled that he’s apparently only in his mid 30s. If you were to ask me how old I thought he was, I’d have said around 50-55 years old.

What do we know about Ralph?

He holds petty grudges over slight infractions, what he perceives to be major ones he starts blood feuds. He therefore wants to get back at Harry for breaking his toys and exposing his behaviour - never mind his own transgressions against their family, they deserved that!

Ralph has a penchant for abusing his significant other whilst they are in a domestic relationship. If May did consider leaving, and contacted her parents, Ralph is now going through the process of publicly humiliating her, further isolating her from any support she could access and making her effectively declare loyalty to him. In effect, it's a punishment for her.

The "work" angle, allows him to save face publicly. However, the behind the scenes reality is likely far different - as we saw with Faith. As I learned from totally real Dr. Phil McGraw: past abusive behaviour is biggest the indicator of future abusive behaviour.

I often like to share the exploits of some of the prominent cows on the site with my girlfriend. If Tomlinson or Keffals or Dong-Gone does something funny or heinous, I share it with her. But more importantly it illustrates the point of this rant: even a person who does not truly give a shit about lolcow stuff or internet gossip will naturally find themselves hating Ralph when they learn of his existence. He's a truly horrible, irredeemable little goblin monster.

If anyone's curious, my girlfriend's stance on this whole shitshow is this: Ralph is an abusive drunken piece of shit. It is not a question of if he'll hurt Meigh or the baby, but rather a question of when.
