Could be different if they have duel citizenship. If they have duel citizenship they could still get benefits from the state. I believe it is the same in regards for duel citizens to vote. If Ralph is a full time Mexican citizen then he can't vote anymore in US elections but if he has duel citizenship he still can. It would be seen as traitorous to the AF crowd that Ralph courts if he abandon his American citizenship for a Mexican one.

Hopefully he knows if you're an American citizen outside the country you still have to file a tax return and pay taxes on your income. I suspect the rage pig doesn't have a whole lot of the latter item but seeing him slammed with an $10,000 fine for failure to file would be hilarious.

Truly only someone with very little wealth (and even less sense) would think that owning a Brooks Brothers jacket and flying to Rome for 3 days is a sign of wealth. Many, many people have the money to do these things (a 3 day trip to Rome for 2 could probably be done for under 2500 easily. Brooks Bros jacket at full retail is what, $200?). Most do not, because they prioritize things like saving for their retirement, or their children's education, or even a much longer planned vacation. One you could actually see the city on. Nearly anyone at median family income level in the US *can* purchase Brooks Bros clothes or fly to Rome on a whim. They may even get the whim to do these things.
