The way they both act them come off as gunslingers, but they just seem to incriminate Vic. This is why you never hire libertarians as lawyers.

It was always going to be. But none of that victory would have happened if not for the suit and resulting pr. This was never a legal fight really.
Well, Nick's main fuck up was recommedning Ty when he was out of his element in this case. But overall Nick has done a lot of good for Vic's reputation in general since he provided him with the PR he needed to weather this storm. I can't really imagine what would have happened without Nick's input. It would have been much worse and the other side woudln't have been exposed as liars to as many people.
Nick does fine on his cases though.

How much power do these KV people have at Sony? Sony keeps buying their competition in the anime business. I mean they just bought another one of their competitors the other day, I'm guessing the KV people don't have a huge amount of power at Sony, but since they are still employed there (I think) they could still cause problems for him. Sony of course is pretty woke, so no chance they'd hire him for anything even if he had won the case (unless they are compelled by the court).
