That might backfire, as the the jurors might assume he is also a pedophile.
Dressing like a Japanese tween girl probably a more concerning image than dressing like a 2nd-grade white boy from Virginia. Maybe.

Now picture him in one of Hillary’s pant suits.
I can only picture it in purple. And unfortunately, I can picture it. Right down to the sensible Pappagallo heels.

I’m sure at least one or two of the jurors would have a cousin or something who is autistic or a little slow and would be sympathetic to the image of a somewhat childishly dressed slow-in-the-mind. Until they actually hear what he did of course. And Chris won’t agree to that image change anyway so the point is moot.

The way I know I am often a soft-in-the-heart is that, in my mind's eye, I most often "see" Chris in his rugby shirt days and not the distressing spectacle he later became. It makes me :optimistic: even thoughI know it is incorrect. I suspect that there's a similar flawed optimism in anyone who has sincerely tried to help Chris over the years, despite all the indications that he was/is un-help-able.

Mild PL of course!

I have worked more in 4 days in 2002 than Chris has in 40 years by that calculation.

I worked an open air festival, run by a nightclub, so it amounted to a 09-03:00 shift Friday to Saturday, 09-04:00 Saturday through to Sunday, 10-00:00 Sunday to Monday, 09-19:00 Monday.

I was just a kid then, early 20s. But never again!
The worst part was that the second and third sleeps I actually dreamed that I was working, so both times it felt like I had already finished the shift when waking up.

Maybe if Chris had been made to do such a work shift, he would have Been good.
You are quite a savant for remembering the exact times of 4 shifts you worked 20 years ago

When, not if, Chris winds up being convicted and sentenced, a whole bunch of people are going to be in mourning as they realize their favorite unlovable but harmlessly fun retard is gone forever. He'll never be that retard with his "WANT A WOMAN" sign again. He'll never be the retard who got tricked by the man in the pickle suit again. He'll never be the autist desperate for a genuine gal pal so he can tick that off his bucket list. Instead he will be a motherfucker. Forever.

Current Year plots always get too dark and edgy. Bring back the Get Tar region Love Quests, Red Strings of Fate and Captain's Logs.

Chris has always looked best in stripes. Just instead or red and blue, they should be black and white.
Chris has always seemed like the kind of person who operates best when someone else is controlling his life and not himself, I mean, think about all the shit that could have been avoided if Bob was more internet Literate

I'm still looking forward to the forthcoming Chris(t) Chan and Ethan Ralph Prison Buddy Comedy show.

UK law is different. Easier to get an insanity plea. The US made it much more difficult to get insanity after John Hinckley got it.
I don't believe you are correct on that second part. England uses the M'Naghten (or McNaughten) rule. The John Hinckley Jr. incident caused some states that had had a laxer requirement for being "not guilty by reason of insanity" to change it back to the M'Naghten rule. In any case, insanity is not relevant to that clip, because that tard took a guilty plea to manslaughter (under "diminished capacity"). The judge is then using the defendant's tardedness as a mitigating factor in sentencing.

Sure. The warden could be a former Stalag Kommandant, and every episode is yet another bungled attempt at escape that winds up resulting in the deaths of any inmate stupid enough to join them, while they somehow survive unscathed. I call it: Ethan's Zeros.

The thing is, even if you are considered legally insane...would that just not mean that you are then shoved into a mental institution for the rest of your life as opposed to a prison? It would not be that much of an improvement as you would then be basically rendered into a zombie by various antipsychotics and no finite amount of time on when you will ever be able to be released if at all.
