I feel sorry for them¹, because wanting something so very very badly that you can never have really sucks. So many of them eventually commit suicide, and the reason isn't pronouns.

¹ So long as they're well behaved. A sperg is a sperg regardless of its fashion sense.

DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR THE TROONS. I could go on forever but, the evidence on KF should be enough for any reasonable person to see what they are all about. I for one live in a large metropolitan US city and have to deal with these fuckwits, autogynephiles and objectivly they are by vast majority narcissistic trainwrecks.

at risk of extreme autism, ive met bill and newell. cool dudes.

edit: i am nothing, nobody can find me, his car is nothing.

Última edición:
Here is an interesting case. It's from Great Britain and involves murder, so it isn't totally applicable. But the judge goes into detail about how autism and mental disorders apply as mitigating factors.

UK law is different. Easier to get an insanity plea. The US made it much more difficult to get insanity after John Hinckley got it. Chris’s oft-flaunted “ high functioning” label is going to bite him in the ass.

>The charge. Interestingly, Chris’ sex is listed as male.
Bros, I thought Chris-Chan legally changed his gender???
You can only change your gender legally in the eyes of the law if you do gender surgery to completely change your gender physically. And the heavens should know, to go through that for anyone person young or old, is a hell of emotional and psychological tribulations that no one should have to endure.
Piercing your taint and calling it your "un-clit" until it gets infected and spreading open your wound like a labia does not qualify you as a woman. Not to mention using sex-vibrators to increase your chest size and storing your semen in your families kitchen freezer because you believe in your own psychotic mind that can be used to inseminate a REAL WOMAN with your sperm so you will have your daughter "Crystal".
What he is now and will be until he goes through gender surgery is a cross-dressing transvestite male. He is not a she. He is a 40 year old severely mentally ill man that dresses in teenage girls clothes, that continuously raped his own mother, and i am more than sure is in still a paranoid Schizophrenic psychosis.

plus they get a day off their sentence for every time they rape Chris

The legality of such an action would be difficult to justify, but I would approve of it irrespective of precedent.

for the first time since he was what, 20?

Chris's only remotely real job was a part-time job as a janitor for a few weeks at Wendy's. He constantly lied about how long he worked there, but he started in August and was fired before September 11th, 2001, so the maximum would be five weeks of "working" a part-time job.

He likely only worked there for about three weeks, for ~20 hours a week. Thus the total amount of work he's done in 40 years = 60 hours, or 1.5 hours of work a year.

I've worked in jobs where I worked 120+ hours a week, indicating that in half a week, I've worked more than Chris has in 40 years.

I believe in some cases the court will even pay for a suit for the defendant as to not sway the jury in bias of them being guilty. I've read complainants from victims families that "the state had to pay for their $200 suit of the perpetrator who harmed their loved ones". If the jury is not present I have a hard time believing he'd be wearing anything than his prison attire. I mean lets be honest here I think this all comes down to how good a tard wrangler Chris's attorney is, can he talk Chris into even wearing a suit?
I don't think Chris could handle a suit. However, a new rugby shirt, a haircut, and a new pair of slacks from the Husky section at Sears would do wonders.

(On reflection, that would probably actually help - dressing a) a grown man like a toddler, which also happens to be b) exactly as he did for the first 30 years of his life could make him seem childlike and autistic rather than offensively batshit insane and menacing.)

He used to wear a blazer for that address to the young folk video 13 years ago.
....letting him dress like how he wants might be strategic on the lawyer's part when they're not drinking their sorrows for having Pristine Christine Sonichu Blue Heart as a client.

Sometimes they’re allowed to wear normal clothes and if they’re smart, they listen to their defense when choosing what to wear. Hence the Menendez brothers wearing pastel vests, trying to look like innocent youths and OJ donning a suit. It’s true for low profile cases as well; I’m just mentioning two you may remember as examples.
We do this every single day as well to project a certain image. The only thing I'll ever agree with drag queens about is that we do performative drag every despite how much we we think it matches our personality.

I certainly hope Chris wears an 80s power peplum to court with hello kitty cross.

Of course, I'm sure his lawyer would be delighted because everyone would automatically assume Chris is crazy and that he probably thinks he is a character from Dynasty.

Mild PL of course!

I have worked more in 4 days in 2002 than Chris has in 40 years by that calculation.

I worked an open air festival, run by a nightclub, so it amounted to a 09-03:00 shift Friday to Saturday, 09-04:00 Saturday through to Sunday, 10-00:00 Sunday to Monday, 09-19:00 Monday.

I was just a kid then, early 20s. But never again!
The worst part was that the second and third sleeps I actually dreamed that I was working, so both times it felt like I had already finished the shift when waking up.

Maybe if Chris had been made to do such a work shift, he would have Been good.

I miss a job like this I had because while I was getting paid for it it wasn't really work. It was one of those security gigs where you literally do nothing, maybe walk around some a couple times a shift, but they had these multiplier things and overtime and other shit that if you were willing to be the retard with no life who was always available, you could end up getting double, triple, even quintuple time by rigging the system a bit and end up getting paid shit like $80 an hour to literally do nothing (that last couple months before they noticed how badly I was Jewing them). It's not impossible to get paid to literally do what you'd be doing at home.

Any chance the grand jury will add charges? I recall a guy I went to school with getting charged with one crime at arrest and then the grand jury added several additional charges that weren't on the arrest report. I'd go into more detail but it was a nationally known and I'd power level my location if I said more.
Unlikely. Extra indictments mean extra work. Chris is at the end of the schedule (last I looked). By that point the grand jury will want to go home, not make extra work for themselves.

The Grand Jury doesn't add charges, not in the manner you guys are seemingly insinuating. A prosecutor will present evidence and basically put charges to a vote for if they should go to an actual trial. A Grand Jury in function is more like an investor meeting to decide company direction. That direction will still go in front of the company board (jury trial) for final decision.
The prosecutor will go into the GJ with planned charges and the GJ will decide if the evidence supports those charges going to trial.

Any charges that are added by a GJ are part of the proceedings, Clyde Cash isn't going to stand up and suggest multiple other charges are thrown at Chris. Unless of course Clyde is the prosecutor.

I think the prosecutor is going for rape.

Barb was not charged at all for the incest, I think she never gave consent to "soul bond" hence no charge on her. If that was the way it happened, Chris royal fucked up legally for not taking a plea.
However Chris has always been fucked up more ways then we know.

The only thing I hope is that they have enough evidence to convict him .

That's literally not unknown though. Look up "runaway grand jury." Many jurisdictions have taken up rules to stop this from even potentially happening (and it will not happen in this case) but grand juries have in the past actually gone berserk and done things like concluding their proceedings by saying the prosecutor himself was corrupt.

Grand juries have a lot of power, they just don't generally exercise it. They usually have a stack of cases on their table like the list I posted of other grand jury proceedings on August 8, and it's usually "yeah this guy is a criminal, all the guys are criminals, let's just send this to a normal jury and get out of here."

There is no way they don't have probable cause on Chris.

That's such a niche situation it's not even worth thinking about. It's like wondering if the plane is going to crash, it's a possibility, but it's so rare that if it starts to happen you won't be thinking about the plane crashing and will be contemplating your mortality.

That's such a niche situation it's not even worth thinking about.
But it's fun. Imagine a grand jury of Greene County residents, all completely sick of Chris and his enablers, going completely berserk and indicting not just Chris, but the prosecutor, and Heilberg, and the judge, and every single business owner who hadn't banned Chris.

That might backfire, as the the jurors might assume he is also a pedophile.

I'm pretty sure there is no way to dress up or put lipstick on the pig that is Chris. Any suit you put on him will look like it came from a mortuary.
