I would compare Chris' developments over the years almost akin to Travis the chimpanzee. He did fine until his father died, wasn't allowed to go out as often, was getting older and unmanageable partly due to hormones and a lack of mate. Was originally raised incorrectly and set up for failure for future life.
Difference is, The chimp is smarter and millions of people are put in the same situation and don't go on to rape their mothers.

If Chris was more feral, I would be inclined to agree.

This is the closest Chris has acted as a primate (you may want to adjust your volume):

Since he's still behind bars, I think he'll have to wear his prison jumpsuit, but demand that he want his medallion.

Would Chris not just be dressed in prison garb? I imagine prisoners don't get to pick out a fancy outfit for their incest trial
Sometimes they’re allowed to wear normal clothes and if they’re smart, they listen to their defense when choosing what to wear. Hence the Menendez brothers wearing pastel vests, trying to look like innocent youths and OJ donning a suit. It’s true for low profile cases as well; I’m just mentioning two you may remember as examples.

I believe in some cases the court will even pay for a suit for the defendant as to not sway the jury in bias of them being guilty. I've read complainants from victims families that "the state had to pay for their $200 suit of the perpetrator who harmed their loved ones". If the jury is not present I have a hard time believing he'd be wearing anything than his prison attire. I mean lets be honest here I think this all comes down to how good a tard wrangler Chris's attorney is, can he talk Chris into even wearing a suit?

Any chance the grand jury will add charges?

Unlikely. Extra indictments mean extra work. Chris is at the end of the schedule (last I looked). By that point the grand jury will want to go home, not make extra work for themselves.

i hope to christ he gets up and does something awful, screams and tantrums

Chris won't even be there. The grand jury is only for the prosecution.

If Chris chose a bench trial I suppose the judge would decide on sentencing? Not sure whether they would be harsher than a jury.

Unless Virginia is very odd, the judge always passes sentence. The jury can recommend a sentence some places, but the judge has to agree with it. There is a sort-of exception for capital cases where the jury is polled whether or not they think a death sentence is justified, but it's still ultimately on the judge.

All hominids are primates.

If the jury is not present
Why would the jury not be present if there was a trial? Unless it’s a bench trial.

Not a suit. Chris would be wearing a dress or some other feminine attire.

Judges can throw people out or refuse admission to the courtroom for acting up, right? They can insist on a dress code, iirc.

As I understand it, Virginia is very odd.

Judge can hold always someone in contempt, I've heard of judges making people remove offensive clothing, motorcycle club vests and such. I think a modern day judge would be to afraid to force Chris were hetero-normative clothing, fearing the wrath of the SJW types, or worse yet some kind of mistrial.

Or he might not give a shit as long as it’s appropriate for court. Most places aren’t kiwifarms.

have you seen chris's wardrobe. he dresses as a caricature of a middle school girl than an adult woman and the court said he's male. so that's that.
They said his sex is male. In 2022 he can still wear a dress and long hair to court because gender expression is more or less officially considered a different thing. His duck isn’t welcome in VA women’s prisons, but he won’t get in trouble for refusing to dress like a man.

Chris would prefer a mini skirt, so it would be that, a sensible top and blazer/sport jacket (optional). It would be interesting if Chris wore a pantsuit. again, though, they would have to be an outlandish color just because it's Chris.

I don't think judges care about being feared about the SJWs. All they care about is the traditions of the courtroom, an the enforcement of the rules/conduct. And you know what happens when rules/conduct meet Chris...

Anyone who forgets this fact should remember this. If you are actually hating Chris, which, okay, I do from time to time, remember that he doesn't fucking matter at all.
I hate Chris the same way I hate cockroaches or the aroma of public bathrooms. There's a difference between disgust and getting actually bent out of shape. Then again when I think about his recounting of "warming up" Barb I do start to get a little tilted so perhaps I deserve hats.

Troons can eat shit, because Chris is a fucking male, just like all the other MtF troons. It doesn't matter what these fucking cretins can force people to say or put on paper. Troons are fucking MEN. They don't have to like it, it doesn't matter what they force people to say, they will NEVER be women.

Here is an interesting case. It's from Great Britain and involves murder, so it isn't totally applicable. But the judge goes into detail about how autism and mental disorders apply as mitigating factors.

Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Feminine right up until the moment Chris puts it on.

The judge is more likely to allow it to avoid another petty, proceedings delaying chimpout in court from Chris. If Chris wants to prejudice the jury by dressing stupid, let him. Anything to speed things along.

I feel sorry for them¹, because wanting something so very very badly that you can never have really sucks. So many of them eventually commit suicide, and the reason isn't pronouns.

¹ So long as they're well behaved. A sperg is a sperg regardless of its fashion sense.

If he’s not wearing the medallion while under oath, then the testimony is inadmissible because no medallion means it’s not True and Honest.

didn't he get community service once for the snyder incident or the pepper spray one? Did lardo ever ever actually do Community Service or did he just shrug it off sitting around doing nothing and since it was a misdemeanor they let him do it?
For Michael Snyder it was community service. For the mace, iirc it was the therapeutic docket. In both cases the system went very light on Chris to get him out as fast as possible. He was not held to task.
