Mole is the creative genius of the Big3 podcast. Don is more like a host, but the whole Mole persona is pure comedy gold. And to think Perry knows Mole for 30 years and to this day still doesn't know Mole is just a character... Mole was always in character when interacting with Perry.
Mole also won an Emmy award for his writing for Kimmel Show. And he did JQA puppet voice on Crank Jankers, also great.
You can also find some stuff on youtube where he went to different events and caused commotion as his other persona Jake Byrd (as part of Kimmel Show).
I’d say Tony Barbieri (Mole/JQA) is the most talented of the Big Three, but Don was the genius behind the Perry Project. He always wanted to make $$$$ off it, but never could. I tend to think Mole just liked the concept and was along for the ride. He used the Project as a platform to hone his comedy and song writing. Don was always pissed he couldn’t get Tony to be more “all in”.

I'm no Big 3 podcast historian but The Statement where Perry comes out with a press release denying to be gay yet its edited in the press to seem as though he is is fantastic.
There were a few “special” B3P episodes. I posted 2 “VIP” events (”Perry Gets Hacked”, “Perry Joins NAMBLA”, on this thread, they’re pretty early in the thread) that are pretty awesome
