I'm not sure how he could at this point. Tom holds Perry's purse strings. Perry can't shit,shave or shower without his permission. Tom has access to everything including Perry's bank account. He has access to all his social media,He monitors his emails,He's got people there in Reseda to keep an eye on Perry. The only thing Perry could do is go to the police and explain the whole situation and lay out whats been going on but he's not mentally capable of that.
