They'll probably split up before anything like that happens. We have the post partum phase ahead. Pantsu will be sitting there feeding the baby some shitty Wal-Mart brand formula, changing diapers and whatnot, watching Ralph fuck around with his computer. During this period, she's going to develop a hatred for him like she's never felt before. She's going to think about how she does everything for the baby, while Ralph does nothing. She's going to wonder "when is he going to get a real job? ... his stupid internet show makes no money and brings us nothing but misery." Ralph will be intoxicated or asleep, or generally non-responsive to her needs, because he doesn't actually care. They're going to fight, and she's going to leave. That's how it ends.

Maybe that's good news for the baby in the short run. But then the baby will be stuck with Pantsu all alone, and that's a pretty bad fate as well.
And if she doesn't, at some point there will be a Vegas/Thailand/wherever stream where Ralph proudly tells us on stream how well his daughter does in school (probably because he will be absent most of the time), while he is partying/gambling somewhere far away.

I’m putting all my bets on May murders Ralph
If he gets any more miserable, she could probably make it look like he took her shotgun without permission...

I think the biggest danger for the baby is unsafe sleep practices. A lot of the same people advocating for natural birth are also push co-sleeping. A big rule for safe cosleep is that neither parent smokes or drinks, it significantly increases SIDS risk.
Even if she doesn't plan on it, if she goes back to KS HQ she'll have no help with the baby and will absolutely fall asleep with the baby in bed while feeding.
I got into a dark convo with our pediatrician and he told me he had lost only four babies in twenty years - all deaths the result of suffocation while co-sleeping. I’ve also always assumed SIDS was just babies being left on their stomachs or suffocating on bedding.

Imagine the poor thing being crushed by a gunt.

I think child death while co-sleeping is often reported as SIDS, because no one know for sure at the time of discovery.
People usually don't wake when they turn in their sleep and smother their child accidentally I would assume...

Might be pessimistic but if the baby is fake or real I think mantsu is so messed up she will let gunt take credit for being in the kids life while not being anywhere near ralph, I think we're in for ralph acting smug because his baby mama doesn't want him to support the kid or be near her but is also willing to janny it up for him and let him take all credit and excuse him (as much as she can not at all imo) of any responsibility

Because it's not their ultrasound.
It could be that, but the date matches the right date in both cases (although I have a hard time believing that Ralph would be up at 8AM for an ultrasound when he couldn't get up at 11AM to drive his mother to dialysis).

Anyway, the size changing bump plus them hiding the weeks is really weird. The only explanation I can think of would be having a miscarriage and trying for a second one as soon as they could to cover it up, but then she would be extremely early at this point in time and the baby wouldn't be anywhere near full grown (which again weird that the picture she shows is just a blur instead of the typical ultrasound picture).

Anyway, maybe there's a simple explanation but I really cannot think of a good reason for wanting to hide how far along the pregnancy is when they are constantly announcing it on Twitter.

It is because that’s easier than to put on a obit or tell ppl, rather than careless parent accidentally suffocated baby, in some situations. Depends on how stringent the ME is and if they think the parents were being neglectful by using drugs/booze when it happened. Exhausted mother falls asleep while nursing baby at 3 am will usually get a SIDS label because she’s already racked with enough private guilt and grief.

However, if they are being stringent SIDS usually has to be the baby in a crib or bassinet alone. It’s almost always the result of the child suffocating due to sleeping on its belly or being allowed blankets and bedding.

Studying the phenomenon of SIDS is what led to the big campaigns for “back is best”, allowing no bedding/blankets in cribs and discouraging co-sleeping. They pretty much found SIDS was mostly accidental suffocation due newborns inability to adjust their big heads.

Since Pantsu Party is just laying there leaking fluid, she might like to know there’s been a second homicide this month outside her Subway shop. Hurry back guys! Or not. You’d be better off staying in Harry’s basement tbh. Even Ralph must be thinking the same.

I've heard people discuss whether a baby (that he actually sees) will have some transformative effect on Ralph ("no" being the overwhelming consensus). But what about May? Anything that snaps her out of her space cadet act would shock me, but there's a decent chance it might precipitate some change in her.

She's hard boiled in her ways of...I'm not even sure how to describe her...well, you've seen it...but becoming a mother could significantly change her worldview. I'd consider it doubtful, but it's possible.
I’m gonna guess yes, it will change her, for many reasons. The main reason though is because motherhood will fulfill Pantsu’s narcissistic needs better than Ralph can. Motherhood is the eternal gift for the eternal narcissist. You see this a lot with women, where the game of seeking male attention ends abruptly with the birth of the child because they get so much attention just by being a mother (from the child itself, but also from other people). Motherhood alleviates them from the burdens of female competition (e.g., being pretty, interesting, socially desirable, etc.) and replaces them with a permanent justification for existing. Going forward, it becomes their sole source of self-importance.

All of this applies doubly to a person like Pantsu, who is exceptionally thirsty for attention. She will enjoy the attention she gets from being a mom more than the attention she got from hanging around Killstream, The Dick Show, Digibro, etc. In short, she won’t need Ralph or his Killstream to get her narcissistic fix. I fully expect Pantsu to milk her motherhood for social media approval. She will probably start a “mommy blog” or something like that. Just like her trad LARP, motherhood will become the identity she advertises to the world.

Does that necessarily mean she’ll leave Ralph? No. But remember, Ralph is also a narcissist—worse even than Pantsu. And unlike Pantsu, Ralph needs the Killstream. Killstream is his baby; it is his justification for existing from which all self-importance derives. Everything I wrote about motherhood in the first paragraph above applies to Ralph’s relationship to ”The Ralph Retort” brand. Nobody on God’s green Earth paid any attention to Ralph before he started TRR, and he knows it. Without it, he has nothing to talk about, and no one has any reason to talk about him. That is not an acceptable reality for Ralph. He will never voluntarily abort his beloved Retort, no matter how unprofitable it is, no matter how much misery it brings Pantsu or her kid.

When Trad Mommy Pantsu presents Ralph with a choice—our family, or The Retort—what do you think he will choose?

I hate to be insensitive to tragedy, because I know unexplained “Sudden Infant Death” does happen, but I always got the impression SIDS was a euphemism for “parental negligence.” And with the amount of newborns that die just from getting rolled on, or from being placed on their stomach before being able to flip, I can see why the state isn’t eager to prosecute thousands of new manslaughter cases every year. But setting that aside, if Ethan’s baby dies of SIDS, I’m going to consider him a child killer.

SIDS has definitely been used as shorthand for negligence/ can’t prove intentional murder in many cases, esp in the 70’s through the 90’s. The first bunch of the babies Mary Beth Tinning murdered got the SIDS label. They won’t hand out the label as quickly now and will actually investigate if they think there might be any malice involved. The amount of SIDS attributed deaths has fallen dramatically over the decades since it was mostly a label for accidental suffocation, don’t know, or can’t prove murder.

As for your theory on narc mothers, I think it’s true but only after the kids are a bit older. Narcs get really frustrated with the constant demands from infants. Now if they have a large circle of other moms to be with they can use the infant for some reflective glory in a social circle - but Pantsu is isolated. I think she’s going to be miserable until she can start dressing the kid up like an anime version JonBenet Ramsey once she hits three or four.

She won’t like any ban Ralph might have on showing the baby on SM, so will probably post creepy selfies of herself and blur faced baby. But who am I kidding, these tards will be posting the baby on SM, esp during the break-up trying to one up each other on photos showing the kid likes them best.

I figure Pantsu is watching movies this week that have childbirth scenes so she has her lines ready once she has the baby. She will say them in the same creepy affected way she does when trying to be a ditzy teen. She needs acting lessons for presenting as a human being on camera.

Kids gonna become a serial killer assuming it makes it to adulthood. I'm calling it now.

100%, SIDS as currently used is essentially a catch-all for when they don't know how a child died. It's possible that infants can spontaneously die, but whatever deaths may occur that way are lumped in with other unknown deaths, and all called SIDS. And as you said, it's become less used as science has improved and weeded out many of what were previously "don't knows."

Here's hoping Xanderina lives a long, healthy life and wins a Nobel Peace Prize someday for eradicating lolicon.

Cheers motherfucker.
Maybe she can invent the cure for retardation.

The issue isn't bedsharing in general, they wont be able to do that since the drinking, being overweight and using substances even prescribed ones rules safely bedsharing out of rhe picture. Alot of "cosleeping" deaths are not just from bedsharing, they are from tired parents falling asleep holding their babies sitting up in chairs, or having a few drinks and thinking ifs fine to still sleep with the baby. I hope for the sake of that baby these morons don't choose to bedshare, they can't be trusted.
