Anything that snaps her out of her space cadet act would shock me, but there's a decent chance it might precipitate some change in her.

Pantsu will be sitting there feeding the baby some shitty Wal-Mart brand formula, changing diapers and whatnot, watching Ralph fuck around with his computer. During this period, she's going to develop a hatred for him like she's never felt before. She's going to think about how she does everything for the baby, while Ralph does nothing. She's going to wonder "when is he going to get a real job? ... his stupid internet show makes no money and brings us nothing but misery." Ralph will be intoxicated or asleep, or generally non-responsive to her needs, because he doesn't actually care. They're going to fight, and she's going to leave. That's how it ends.

Maybe that's good news for the baby in the short run. But then the baby will be stuck with Pantsu all alone, and that's a pretty bad fate as well.

I think the biggest danger for the baby is unsafe sleep practices. A lot of the same people advocating for natural birth are also push co-sleeping. A big rule for safe cosleep is that neither parent smokes or drinks, it significantly increases SIDS risk.
Even if she doesn't plan on it, if she goes back to KS HQ she'll have no help with the baby and will absolutely fall asleep with the baby in bed while feeding.

I think I pointed this out a few months ago when they posted an ultrasound of nothing after I egged them on to do so in chat when Ralph was obviously reading during his show. He didn't do this with Faith, that shit was right out in the open. They look like they're printed on printer paper too.
