He'll treat it like his student loan debt and ignore it. He rents and is protected by anti-discrimination rental laws. There is always a car dealer willing to issue predatory loans. He will not seek ordinary employment. If he is consumed by debt and bad credit, he won't care.

Ultimately Ralph wants the state/banks/loansharks to come after him so that he can act the martyr. It's been proven time and time again that his sense of self worth comes from being attacked, either literally or in a perceived way. And so concepts like bankruptcy don't hold the same weight as they do for you or I. He thinks every lick of money he spends is a win over 'them' when he doesn't have a job and has no concept of contributing to society. The true leeches paradigm.
 
Just for the record no matter what happens the Gunt will be banned from stepping foot in Europe again after November as the Schengen Zone is ending visa-free access and forcing everyone to apply for eVisas first and disclose full criminal history up front.

Unlike DSP Ralph doesn’t own any homes so he really has nothing to lose besides his truck which will get repossessed anyway because the KS ain’t going pay his rent, truck payment, Caesar’s sportsbook, insurance, phone and baby bills.

I cant believe no one noticed, he was beaten so bad they broke his skull bones, yet not one tooth knocked out. That is odd very odd. In his stream he had all his teeth not one chip or missing. The only way I see this as possible: They were dentures all along. He got his dentures knocked out (this explains the beating photo, sunken in lips)

It's also possible that whoever beat his ass just wanted to Raccoon him though, I'm sure someone that beats up people regularly knows to avoid punching the mouth directly to not cut your hand on teeth.

In a combination of growing up with retards that rumble after school over white trash turf wars who Raccoon one another, I've also known guys that get all of their teeth pulled at 19 because of their meth mouth and have a disturbing knowledge of dentures. If he had spit out a set of dentures they would have shattered on the ground, they are shockingly fragile.

Not arguing in favor of proper hygiene, but looking at photos of his teeth they look real to me. There is this uncanny valley with dentures and implants, they're too perfect. Take a look at Trump's teeth and then even your own as example. I'm sure the alcohol in the Makers Mark is sanitizing his mouth enough to add a few years before they all fall out.
