just checked the video myself and you guys are liars. DA didn't ask the photographer to "alter" his statement. and nor was that statement related to kyle rittenhouse case. fuck off you are in the same league of msm liars

I'm going to cross-post this here with the wu-flu thread, then I won't post this again.

Forgive me this.

1: Why are they telling you this?

2: Why do they want you to be angry about this?

3: Why do they want you to be sad about this?

4: Who do they want you to blame over this?

5: What is it that you are prepared to sacrifice over this?

6: What do they have to gain over this?

7: What do you have to lose over this?

8: What is the best outcome if you win this fight?

9: What is the worst outcome if you lose this fight?

10: Why are they doing this?

Just my opinion, the kid is fucked. No matter how hard the state bungles this case, they'll get a conviction. This isn't about truth or justice, its a symbolic victory for the authorities. Kyle resisted the commie takeover and now he's gotta be made an example. Even if somehow he manages to escape this trial the feds could probably find some justification to charge him based on that whole crossing state lines thing.

I honestly hope I'm wrong, but I see the way the machine works and I don't have much faith in the system to actually work.
This is what I have been saying. Imagine if Kyle does get a full acquittal? What is that going to tell people? It tells people that they too can resist rioters and effectively resist the globalhomo agenda that they support. So, of course they are not going to let Kyle walk.

In any other case if the DA's case and the reputation of the office was getting BTFO this badly, they would offer a plea. Perhaps drop all the felonies and just plead to the weapons charge. I am sure the ADA Binger and fatso got called into the DA's office right after the trial so they could have a not so friendly meeting.

The fucking autist has tainted Binger and his butt buddy so badly that every defense attorney will bring it up with their client. If it was a local case, it might have been okay but this was broadcast nationwide. This is similar to Giglio letters, where a cop has been proven to be so corrupt that they cannot testify as their previous corrupt behavior would taint any testimony they give. Unless they have seniority, they are moved to non-public facing roles in the police department such as the weapons cage, motorpool, etc.

His days are defiantly numbered in that office as their aren't any spots to put him in.

Clearly you know better what was said in that private conversation than the guy who was there participating in it.

Ok please inform the class how you add to a statement without altering it in the process
1. it was related to another arson case
2. i repeat, it had no connection to the rittenhouse case
3. DA's don't take statements lmfao. where's the facepalm emoji
It's really weird that Krauss threw an angry bitchfit for like 20 minutes on that subject
they get paid to burn time and it was a standard cross, expanding on the statements. the photographer started having anxiety

For anybody joining in late:

First day (Jury selection)
Second day (Defense says the hard R)
Third day (Prosecution begins to fuck up here, judge gets pissed at him, Regg incognito video with superchats used as evidence)
Fourth day (Juror gets thrown out due to Jacob Blake joke, prosecution is dealt a major blow when witness said that he heard the 'victim' say "if I catch any of you guys alone tonight, I'm gonna' fucking kill you," and the judge gets pissed again at the prosecution afterwards)
Fifth day (Another juror struck due to pregnancy and the prosecution shits the bed even more: opening the door for Rosenbaum's girlfriend to testify that he was depressed and bipolar. They then subpoenaed two Indian brothers who have something shady going on.)
Before the sixth day (Cortez Rice claims that he knows people inside the courtroom taking pictures of the jury and threatening to dox them if they don't convict Kyle)
Sixth day (Gaige Grosskreutz takes the stand and gets spanked by the judge for saying murder during direct. On cross, he kept changing his story, is shown to have a financial incentive for Kyle to be convicted, admits to having pointed his gun at Kyle and that he lied to police in his statement to them, tweeted during the trial like a fucking idiot, and the facebook post about Grosskreutz regretting not killing Kyle was brought up and resulted in his friend being served. Soon after Gaige finished, a detective took the stand and testified that the prosecution told him not to execute a search warrant on Gaige)
Seventh day (Someone got caught recording the jurors and was forced to delete it. The bodies were shown with the jurors reported to be taking notes and some of them having difficulty looking at the pictures. The curfew charge was dismissed. Granny witness says hard R. Autistic photographer testified that he had a meeting with Binger where Binger gave him information that he hadn't known and wasn't in his official statement and then asked him to change his statement to reflect that. Aka, the prosecution coached him and tried to get him to change his sworn statement. Prosecution goes hostile on him as a result and made themselves look worse to the jury. Autist also testified that the ATF and FBI showed up at his house and job. Also the judge looked through a cookie food book.)
