I got pulled off again by actual work and I'm just now finishing the photo spergs cross-ex.

Trying to impeach this guy for getting over excited and bringing his own prints is jokes. But, mostly a horrible thing to leave in the jury's mind. Big boy was absolutely in "try to not get fired/disbarred mode.

Hard R's sperg handling abilities are amazing. I told y'all that this guy would dig in on corss. Hard R's redirect was perfect.

The only thing that matters is force and the fear of force. That's it.
This is true ultimately, yes, for between individuals and groups. But there's something to be said about the social signaling which makes collective force possible. The ability to maintain that social signaling then becomes as important as force itself, as well as the ability to disrupt that of your enemies. The systematic act of disrupting a group's ability to project force can easily be seen as an act of war.

It is no mischaracterization to say that the nature of a parasitic group would be to hijack this social signalling. It's only right that they "educate" everyone that society is better with them in it, or so the modified signals tell us. Regardless, when social signalling is not possible or is decided against for any number of reasons, the reality of physicality becomes apparent and force is what's left.

If you feel like being reminded of how terrible leftist media is, here's a fun supercut of MSNBC and TYT media personalities giving some nuanced and thoughtful takes on Rittenhouse.

Your daily reminder that modern journalism is a scumfuck cesspit that will never again hold more intellectual or spiritual depth comparable to talking to the human beings nearest to you; and that all journalists are worth about as much as the amount of intestinal tract you can use to hang politicians, CEOs, and Bankers with.

In my mind, I'm thinking GOP victory would counter all this but that's wishful thinking.
The mob will just call themselves "the resistance" again and the Republicans will - just as always - be so terrified of being called racists that they'll do nothing.
Many GOP sitting in Congress right now would sell you and your family to a Chinese slave factory if it meant the corporation or defense contractor that sponsors them gets a small bump on their stock price.
And I hope someone isn't delusional to think Dems are any better, Neo-Cons/Libs are in the same party and YOU aren't in it.

At that point why wouldn't everyone just start requesting bench-trials?
Did you see any of the Chauvin trial? Regardless of what anybody thinks of the merits of the defense, that judge would've volunteered to string Chauvin up himself if he could've gotten away with it.

You gain little when the judge is as likely to be pozzed and/or intimidated as a jury.

Just my opinion, the kid is fucked. No matter how hard the state bungles this case, they'll get a conviction. This isn't about truth or justice, its a symbolic victory for the authorities. Kyle resisted the commie takeover and now he's gotta be made an example. Even if somehow he manages to escape this trial the feds could probably find some justification to charge him based on that whole crossing state lines thing.

I honestly hope I'm wrong, but I see the way the machine works and I don't have much faith in the system to actually work.

A judge is just an ascended attorney, so he has more in common with his law buddies. You have more in common with a jury of your peers.

idk Kenosha isn't Minneapolis and it would be difficult for DOJ to bring charges if he skates.

Son Of Rainman's testimony was actually really close to Grambo's. They're both very affable and likeable, they both appear very truthful, and both stuck to their stories and politely told the prosecution to fuck off when they tried to put words in their mouths or mischaracterize them.

Sure, but then there's this judge who seems like he'd be more likely to let Kyle off after he gives the prosecution an earful about bringing such a BS case.

It is genocide, how do you even miss this. Do you not realize who is funding all the corrupt judges? The genocide is slow and started a long time ago, but it's still genocide. Not how members of the tribe who actually attempt to murder people get their murder victims in prison for murder.
I mean, like, active genocide. Death camps and all that. The passive genocide has been going on for decades, but it's recently begun accelerating at a breakneck pace. The establishment is openly encouraging minorities, particularly black people, to kill whites whenever possible. Historically, you get maybe a few years of that tops before the boxcars arrive.

They tried it out in the 60s but realized they be were boiling the frog too quickly. Now the water's just a few degrees away and nobody has any idea how hot it's gotten.

Sure, it's possible to get a good judge and it's possible to get a sympathetic jury.

I'm simply saying that the very same factors working against a fair jury trial apply to cucked judges as well.
