Unless the Defense is retarded enough to put Kyle on the stand, I think this wraps up on Thursday. They have the roommate, Ziminsky, and their use-of-force expert to tie everything into a bow, thats two days of testimony and then closing arguments.
After that:
  1. The Jury is cucked, and Kyle gets guilty on all counts. The Judge enters a Judgement Not Withstanding Verdict, and clears Kyle. I don't think he's going to be happy about a politically pressured jury or an 'unfair' verdict after everything he's seen. I feel he wants to give his jury and his court a chance to 'prove' they can handle a politically charged case like this, but that he also isn't above correcting the error if he is failed by his community.

  2. The Jury comes back with Not Guilty on all counts, or only Guilty on the Gun Charge. Either is a victory. They might just BTFO the gun charge as revenge for Binger and Fatboy being such massive pricks, they might not. In any case, the Gun Charge is a misdemeanor is nothing, the judge sentences for it (max 9 month + fines) and its likely to be overturned on appeal because the law is 50+ years of spaghetti code. I'd like to see not guilty on everything, but I'm still celebrating if the Gun Charge remains, its trifling bullshit - and the judge might have refused to dismiss it just so the jury will have a 'compromise' charge to prevent a total lock in deliberation. "Well he was obviously defending himself but he shouldn't have had that gun, so... Not Guilty on the shootings but slap him with the Gun Charge, now we can all go home for Turkey Day." Might be a 4-D chess move.

  3. The Jury can't decide, it comes back as a hung jury, mistrial. Double Jeopardy may or may not attach, but the real trouble is that so many of these 'surprise' witnesses have come out, and all this hidden evidence that Binger was concealing is part of the record. The original complaint as written was so ramshackle that it barely supported prosecution as it was, if they try to bring Kyle up on charges again I don't think it would survive a motion to dismiss right out of the gate with all this new information. The State's own witnesses testified to all the elements of self-defense, precluding the very notion of the State disproving it beyond a shadow of a doubt as a matter of law.

Call me a white-piller, but thats my thoughts on the matter. Everybody make sure you pray for Kyle and the cause of justice!

Not in the scope of the trial, really. The benefit to the Defense is that Binger and Fatboy now look like sleazy cheating assholes that tried to strongarm a very sympathetic witness into lying for their benefit. It makes the jury ask themselves what other underhanded shit Binger has done or tried, and severely undermines his credibility. That sort of thing is enough to really sway a jury even in cases with strong facts, because hey, maybe those 'strong facts' are made up bullshit from this cheating asshole prosecutor.

If every civilized person simultaneously decided to move out of the cities one day, the problem would be resolved the next. Scumbag leftists may hate productive members society, but they still need them. They can't rule over a city that literally consists of nothing but criminals. We have direct proof of this in places like Detroit. It quickly turns into ruling over ashes, which is not what they want.

Almost all of this abuse happens to people who choose to live in an enemy stronghold, surrounded by people who hate them, ruled over by psychotic malefactors. They just have to choose to seek out freedom and they'll get it. But I don't have faith in the modern Bread And Circuses Enthusiast to do that. They'll keep getting kicked in the throat over and over until they either die or snap. Because the alternative is losing gigabit internet and being able to get mango chutney at 2 AM.

The only way it'll stop is either massive, widespread violence, or by people simply not cooperating with any facet of the justice system at all any more. And I think most people would prefer the latter. Resetera believes your life should be forfeit if you disagree with them ever on anything, no matter how stupid and wrong their beliefs are, they're just too cowardly to do anything but if they could, they would. They even protected a member who admitted to committing medical malpractice on people who had different beliefs than him
