I imagine that just like every crime, it must be proven, not just alleged.Okay I'm as legally dumb as the rest of the schlubs. But surely there is some recompense for witness tampering the defense can argue for.

It must also be charged and good luck with that. Victims don't get to decide if the state brings charges, and I don't think there are any civil remedies.I imagine that just like every crime, it must be proven, not just alleged.
If every civilized person simultaneously decided to move out of the cities one day, the problem would be resolved the next. Scumbag leftists may hate productive members society, but they still need them. They can't rule over a city that literally consists of nothing but criminals. We have direct proof of this in places like Detroit. It quickly turns into ruling over ashes, which is not what they want.Activist judges have always been a thing and fighting like hell was always the only solution. Normies are already fed up with BLM. And the only places problems happen are where the people in charge let them. The answer has always been simple. Not letting them and telling them to fuck off. Surprisingly it works.
wtf is that guy tryina argue about the charge WHICH WAS DROPPED TODAY?... might be of interest.
I remember when a certain group of people would do that in the 20th century to get away with heinous crimes. The jury has been doxxed and threatened. That's far more powerful than any facts of the case. I think we're entering into a new age of the courts where personal safety is more important than the truth
Cities are often where the jobs are. People aren't leaving them because they're in golden handcuffs. If every civilized person simultaneously decided to move out of the cities one day, the problem would be resolved the next. Scumbag leftists may hate productive members society, but they still need them. They can't rule over a city that literally consists of nothing but criminals. Almost all of this abuse happens to people who choose to live in an enemy stronghold, surrounded by people who hate them, ruled over by psychotic malefactors. They just have to choose to seek out freedom and they'll get it. But I don't have faith in the modern Bread And Circuses Enthusiast to do that. They'll keep getting kicked in the throat over and over until they either die or snap. Because the alternative is losing gigabit internet and being able to get mango chutney at 2 AM.
The prosecution rested their case. Grambo and our precious boy were both the defense's witnessesI knew the Chauvin trial had its moments but…we haven’t even gotten to the defense calling their witnesses yet.
It is genocide, how do you even miss this. Do you not realize who is funding all the corrupt judges? The genocide is slow and started a long time ago, but it's still genocide. Not how members of the tribe who actually attempt to murder people get their murder victims in prison for murder.I don't either, but he's right. This country is fucking lousy with activist judges, DAs, and lawyers, all of whom belong to one side. It's unilateral abuse of the justice system for political gains and it must end before it turns into genocide.
The only way it'll stop is either massive, widespread violence, or by people simply not cooperating with any facet of the justice system at all any more. And I think most people would prefer the latter. Unfortunately, the only way it'll happen is if the abuses get bad enough that even normies can't help but turn off their BLMBall and put down their McRib and start paying attention to the world around them.
Sounds like he wants to lay low for a while, considering the current situation.Sorry if this has been posted already but do we have legit contact info for the autist on the stand today? I would actually buy his photos or throw him a few bucks for what he put up with from the fat fuck prosecutor.
Too bad one mob would get prosecuted and harangued by the state, while another is aided and abetted. If mob rule dictates this trial, expect an opposing mob to form as a reaction to their mob. An eye for an eye and all that shit. Either way, this game they're playing will have serious consequences if the other side decides to play or they eat each other.
In my mind, I'm thinking GOP victory would counter all this but that's wishful thinking.Too bad one mob would get prosecuted and harangued by the state, while another is aided and abetted.

I've been seeing this narrative from the left saying Kyle Basically gave up his right to self defense when he shot the first guy.
By that logic does that mean St. Floyd deserved the knee for breaking the law?
