I'm seeing some news stories from searching on DuckDuckGo. Most of them are beating around the bush and burying the lede.

The press are basically in denial of how the trial is going for them.
I kinda agree but I remember seeing very similar posts here during the Chauvin trial, and he got convicted on literally everything.

"I'm gonna kill you motherfucking niggers" is apparently the BLM motto?
I don't know what's more disturbing: that BLM outright DEFENDS a pedophile saying the N word or the fact that this site is getting OFF on a witness quoting the N word.

Yet me posting an actress is haram...

Dude testified that he had a meeting w Binger where Binger gave him information that he hadn't known and wasn't in his official statement and then asked him to change his statement to reflect that. At least that's what he's saying he inferred.
Getting caught up as I had to bolt when this witness came on. This is beyond insane. Binger had to get ripped by his boss after today.

The judge denied a dismissal motion after knowing about jury tampering and having the prosecution called out for prosecutorial misconduct, where the prosecution literally has no case. He's in on it. Kyle is getting convicted on all charges and that's that.
Lmao wtf, you seriously want to re-roll for another judge? I guarantee you if they got another chance they'd make sure THAT motherfucker is bent.

I was thinking about it and the judge was probably making a joke when he told the guy to watch his mouth when he said a-holes, just didn't land well because he is a judge.

I legitimately don't think ignorance is an excuse at this point.
Excuse for what? You were specifically talking about the judge's intent before, now you're saying he has no excuse for being ignorant.

I think you're just acting blackpilled for the sake of it and don't actually have any rationale behind it.

We've been over this; dismissal is not the same as a mistrial. Dismissal has double jeopardy implications. Mistrial does not. There would be no reroll if he dismissed it.

Wow.

What a ride this has been. I don't normally comment on legal proceedings, not because I don't have a general understanding of them, mostly because I will have long-since been ninja'd on anything that I'd want to say.

However, I can't help but applaud the prosecution being turned on it's ear by a literal autist who handled himself extremely well without going full sperg-mode. When Drew Carey was asking "Why did you leave out these key details from your statement?" and the poor kid just said "I'm not a detective. I don't know what details are important to you, just what I thought was important..." I wanted to give that kid a high-five. He is the MVP of the day.

And before that we had Grambo just going hard-in the paint on language? Fuck, that was satisfying. Up until then, we'd heard just a few snippets from the videos and stuff, and when she even looked at Cookie Judge and was like "Is it ok if I say this, sorry judge!" before she just went off. And her response when the fraudsecution asked her "You would agree that your pistol is less dangerous than a big scary AR-15, right?" "A gun is a gun, they both do the same thing.

Just so good. That was an entertaining listen today. If Kyle "Pedo-Looter-Shooter" gets anything more than the misdemeanor gun charge (which he shouldn't, but you know how it is...), it'll be a cryin' shame.

If a judge denies a dismissal under the circumstances of "the prosecution literally has no case and also they're tampering with witnesses and the jury," he's being deliberately biased against the defendant. The debate is over on Kyle's innocence. The debate is not over on the court's legitimacy, and that it has reduced the likelihood of acquittal/dismissal doesn't bode well for that legitimacy.

Mr Photographer really really hates Binger et al and the govt. What a legend.
How could any goodhearted person have a positive opinion of any level of government after watching this fat fuck bully an autistic guy? The ATF and the FBI came to his house and job? I know that there's plenty of boot licking faggots who will defend this shit, they call themselves leftists.

Is it going to turn out that Binger is the one who killed Rosenbaum and Huber?

I'm increasingly getting the impression that my question is coming true.

Everyone kind of expected he was atleast going to get manslaughter though, that and the whole race angle that would make black people riot also didn't help. That and he was just generally a rude douchebag that nobody really felt sympathy for
Kyle luckily has this whole good boy scout thing going on and only has white leftists mad because black people don't give a rat's ass if a white ally dies, and white leftists can't riot on their own
All the white allies saying there's going to be riots are just coping because they don't want to accept that blacks don't actually give a shit about them
