Sebastian Daskawicz-Davis is a producer for a radio show called The Woody Show in 2018 he started a spinoff YT channel called Cart Narcs where he aggressively confronts people about not putting shopping carts back in the corrals at grocery stores and attempts to stick magnets on their cars, all while talking like a faggot, and making autistic sound effects. While some may view our intrepid Narc as a hero there are certainly plenty who disagree. So far he has been threatened with a gun and a knife had several things thrown at him and made dozens of people chimp out. He has some catchphrases like calling people lazybones, he makes siren noises with his mouth and intentionally starts confrontations with people often until they lash out at him.

What makes Sebastian special is that he thinks he is doing society a service by accosting these "lazybones" when really he is just making things worse for everyone. His schtick of being a dick over something incredibly petty and then being surprised when people react negatively to it may just be an act but if it is he is dedicated to it in public including through several appearances on tv and popular YouTube shows.

The revelation that FFG's family has the cat is the most humiliating and devastating outcome that could have happened - so much so, her original plan was to simply euthanize the animals to prevent this exact scenario.

In this update post, you can see the youtube links which lead to unlisted videos on the Tranch's youtube channel.

When I checked them out, there were no views and no comments on either video, despite the videos being posted two days ago. This tells me that the Tranch's Patrons don't really care about the Tranch's content... they probably just donate as a vague show of support and otherwise don't pay any attention. I also wouldn't be surprised if many of the donations are just recurring payments that have been forgotten about. It would explain why the Tranch Patreon hasn't really taken a hit despite the drama with Paul.

I erroneously featured this stating that Klein was suing Kavanaugh. He is not. Klein bought a domain asking if Kavanaugh looks like Harvey Weinstein. Kavanaugh is suing for damages, I believe for defamation. The California anti-SLAPP statute (which is similar to the one in Texas brought down Vic's lawsuit) is very strong, but Kavanaugh has met the burden of evidence to proceed. Klein is now in an expensive phase of proceedings where he must actually argue the facts of the case, and is on the hook for a lot of money.

The judgement is particularly damning because it includes language that is indicative the court already believes Ethan is guilty of the charges and he is now fighting a losing battle.

"Plaintiff [Kavanaugh] has met his evidentiary burden to show facts sufficient to sustain a favorable judgment on his claims."

Furthermore, the Court finds a reasonable trier of fact could determine that Klein's statements were statements of fact, not opinion. This alone precludes the Court from finding that Klein's statements were non-actionable statements of opinion based on fully disclosed, accurate facts.

Moreover, Klein's presentation of the factual basis for his statements was both incorrect and incomplete.

It also references statements that Ethan has made on his H3 podcast after the lawsuit was initiated and that he could incur additional damages every time a knowingly false statement was made on H3. From what his fans are saying, he has reiterated his claims dozens of times.

Ethan's response has been to insult the judge as a "crusty old fuck" and say he's appealing the decision.

When Zayo cut service, I was about ready to give up. I reached out to some people and said as much. Thankfully, we found some help with Epik and Terrahost. After #DropKiwiFarms managed to get Terrahost's T1s to also block our network, we had help from other tenacious people in the industry who are still providing announcements. I'm looking to get a presence in an IX to further help solidify our foothold on the big-I Internet.

Right now, things are looking very good. I still haven't completely undone the damage but the most important pieces are rock solid. I've even had time to start fixing things and writing code again. The financial support is there and things are moving along. With FedNow coming out in 2023, we might actually be able to finance things like a normal business.


Back when I wrote that post, I had a fear that once I got us back online, people would just be gone. Too much downtime, too much media noise, and the hack scare would have been a killing blow to any other community. It didn't even take a week for the familiar faces to come back and now it's almost like the downtime never happened.

Ultimately it's the people that use the site that keep it up, and I'm glad that so many have stuck around through thick and thin. I still recognize names that were around before I even started hosting the CWCki Forums in 2013. It's very gratifying, I'm happy to be here with you, and I'm thankful for all that I've learned by reassembling Theseus's Ship twelve times over now.

I don't know what to expect in the future, but there's a good chance the Kiwi Farms will still be there to make fun of it.
