As a longtime skateboarder, it always annoys me when they get the boards wrong in stuff set in a specific timeframe. Boards in the mid-90s didn't look like that anymore, everything was twin-tip shapes by 1992.

Not entirely. You could still find that style in places like Kmart through the mid 90s.

Not Yahtzee, but what the fuck are they talking about? Niggercattle go moo, I guess

Sure lets go to bat for a nepo baby studio who has literally millions to spend on music licenses and have the gall to call it a lil 'indie' game that everyone is picking on.

I haven't respected games journalism since the year of our Lord 2012 and they still haven't redeemed themselves in any way shape or form and, in fact, keep doubling down to be known as the absolute bottom feeders of the industry.

Proceeds to sit on a fence pole like a furry would do with a bad dragon dildo.
Truly this man is beyond parody.
He's going to end up like that ancient liveleak video of the guy who fell off a building onto one of those street metal pillars to keep cars from crashing into the sidewalk anus first. Then someone is going edit the video replacing him with one of his imps from his older videos.

The publisher, Annapurna, has that money to spend. They just pump funds into indie projects they find. I don’t like Mixtape, but it is an indie game in that it’s not a game made by an established studio with it’s own production pipeline or under a large publisher like Retro Studios is to Nintendo for example.
