Chris has always been weirdly technical, He knew HTML (even WYSIWYG Editors of the day needed some manual intervention), He's always had a Computer of some description, He's got (atleast on paper) a CADD Degree, Used Technology at a fairly competent level a lot of normal people don't or find confusion in doing. In comparison He can't understand basic password or account security, He struggles with Games that go beyond press X to win, He believes tech is also far more capable and far less capable in weirdly connected ways, he can't work out how to turn off the Play Store background music on recorded videos, He struggles with basic device management meaning he had two iPhones for a while.
I can see this being on his Radar and it not quite clicking yet that it's something he could do or how to do it or even attempt to do it. He will likely work it out or understand it enough to ask for help doing it (basically just do it all for him an give him a button to press) and be disappointed it's not what he wanted.
