I don't think it's so much the show anymore - though very much still about the show, we know how his fantasies work more or less and it's entirely dependent on external confirmation that things still 'exist' (ironic since multiversal theory would automatically just let him handwave G5 by saying G4 never ended in another timeline) - as it is Chris pining for what he probably thinks of as a second golden age in his life. Everything about the G4 pony fandom he readily adapted to, he felt like he was actually part of something in a way he'd never had since MHS.

But the march of time is unceasing as is the force of entropy. For all Chris goes on about being Jesus II or whatever, he is powerless as always to force his will upon reality and this eats him up inside. It's why I personally think his escapist shitshow escalated to being self-inserting to the role of Jesus, he WANTS that kind of power over reality - much like he did with the comics in trying to do what he never could get away with in reality - and he'd rather bitch and whine and moan about things not staying the same (I.E. you know he'd insist G4 never ended even if he got his additional seasons made by Hasbro) than actually TRYING to be happy with what he does have.

Stoned or doped, I've noticed that in some of his videos he's more "normal" for lack of a better term, an then vids like this and i wonder if it's because he's on some monthly medication as part of his release.

42 year old "woman", ladies and gentlemen.
Why does he look like an 80s movie stoner about to travel back in time just to get his own mother pregnant with himself. Jeez, I just want to point out how putrid and unattractive his face has become after puberty. He already had had typical features even Hitler could spot for eugenic purposes like negative canthal tilt, slack jaw, extremely low straight eyebrows, but it's gotten 100 x worse.

Now, he has the Cro-Magnon skeletal structure with widely spaced teeth along with a saggy yet puffy fat face. His lips have thinned out considerably, his negative canthal tilt is way worse and his eyebrows are so far down and to the side, they look like they're trying to form a Japanese kanji symbol for "homeless man" . He's got double chins and a comparatively amorphous nose. His skin looks like it was dipped in popcorn butter. This is the beginning of the end, friends.
