You don't gotta jump in if you don't want. I'm pretty good at deciphering his autism. Kinda creeped me out when he started talking about a sister out of the blue.
Will probably go back to it later for my own amusement, also agreed replayed that bit a couple times cos it was so out of the blue.
Ah well here's as far as I got before brain bleach was needed in case there's any gaps.
*Random blender commercial for 11 seconds ending in a 'But wait there's more!* transition to Chris's
Stamp books with a t-shirt showing his Skylanders avatar in the background*
0:10
This video is brought to you by the stamps on Christine Chandler's ebay shop. From Mr C's clamp...stamp collection of her late father you are...elligible to buy among which. Any purchase up to the date of April 31st will result in an automatic entry to win the toy featured in this video. There will be two available, one for random drawing and one for the automatic winner that buys the stamp album in...said shop...which comes with all the bonuses as stated in that...in that item's description. Not only do they get THIS toy but they also get...*belch*....(Chris puts a toy of his avatar in a little dome...thing in front of the camera)they also get the skylanders self seen by the picture (shows the card version)and the self Skylander card that is completely functional on Skylanders Imaginators for the leading console playing Nintendo Switch. And now on with our show.
1:18
*jump cut to the Son-chu toy. Sonichu toy gets brought into frame in eery silence before turning it's dead eyes to the camera*
Sonichu - "Huh...wow my autobot friend got promoted." *Rosechu appears on the right* "What do you think about that, Rosie?"
Rosechu - "I think he looks neat."
Sonichu - "I'll tell you one thing. I knew when he was an escort and now he has a lot more FOCUS on!"
Rosechu - "FORD"
*both toys cackle at their own joke*
Sonichu - "Automobile joke! Autobots roll out!"
*Both toys are pulled out of frame*
1:53
*jump cut to a obviously coloured in marker title card reading "Not the Freaking Geek reviews"
with smaller text underneath reading "(/Homage\ Parody of Emgo316's Title Card; apologies offered)
Emgo makes (backwards k in makes) Awesome skits and Great reviews" During all this Chris is going 'bum bum bum' in whatI can only assume to be an acapella version of Emgo's theme music*
*Random PS4 scene transition and title card reading "Son-Chu review" that is jarring as all fuck. Jump cut to a crayolacovered transformers car, Son Chu packaging behind that*
2:17
Chris - "Heeey Youtube fans! What's up, it's Christine Chandler coming to you live from home once again! Not Emgo 316! And today we'll be reviewing the latest in the finally made into an actual toy figure 3D world from the comic book world Autobot SON-CHU! So here we are and there he is but first and foremost we'll take a quick look at the packaging.
*Brings the doodled transformers package into the foreground*
So right here on the front you can s..right here on the front *dicks about with his camera* right here on the front you can see a piece of artworks theres the artwork and the artwork (??) looks like SONICHU because he is from the city of CWCville Virginia. *brings forward more bastardised packaging* and on the front of that autobot Son-chu and Son-chi who is a *something master Da da da rough guys taken? He puts on a stereotypical chinese accent here so no clue* and on the side of the package you have that same piece of artwork and on the bottom WORDS!!! Lots and lots of WORDS.
*Turns package over*
And on the back of the package you have your obligatory product shots you got this and that and this and that WARNING. Do not do...don't do this don't dothat don't feed the bear. There's vehicle mode he's a stud master hes a robot he's wielding a big gun and a SHIEEEEELD. And look at this, he becomes a soundstage for when you want to do a concert and if you can read that he has a great bio. Zip dee doo I'll copy and paste the bio put dat in the description later and thats basically it FOR *zooms out and chucks the packaging, refocusing on the car* the packaging. He also comes with a bluefat (?) collectors card with that same piece of artwork and *turns card* TECH SPECS for both...for both Son Chu and Son Chi if you care for all about that HOO-RAY for a Card! ZIP *throws the card away* NYEEHAA * blows raspberry* Whatever, oh its like a pretty to look at little past artwork talk about a little bit autobot Son chuuuu. Which'll make the joke that was at the beginning of the video more understandable in the beginning. (Fucks sake don't ask me to watch that again)

So YEARS ago *brings down a coloured in transformer picture* from Transformers.com I had designed my own autobot. The face...for that was the FIRST Son chu autobot during the era of the Armada. Look at that face LOOK AT THAT FACE RRRRRR. What kinda face is that? D'oh very...the...look at...it's not as good as we ended up with. *brings down another picture* For...a few years later did another one. From transformers.com, I like this face much better, better looking face. And from the Cybertron era.
*brings down his own Sonchu drawing*
Anyway between those and...thats how...between those and my colour that's how we end up with the final robot. Autobot Son Chu. And by the way that's pronounced like the Chinese word Sonchuuu. So when you shout
"Sonchuuu" you're saying "Victoreee! Victory for CWCville and the Autobots and the samurai pizza bots they were known *something* in CWCville." And he was originally a Ford Escort station wagon. There's proof right there, it's got the shield! And the front of the car *something blah* becomes the gun.See the gun? *Another damn picture* And then years later we got a new robot mode because he became a Ford Escort...n n no F Ford Focus. Escort. Focus focus escort. He was an Escort now he has more to Focus on. NYAAAAAAA.
5:53
*Jump cut back to the car*
And now we got a prealpha(???) mode from officially from Hasbro that matches the Ford Focus fairly well (spoilers, it doesnt)
I would say hmm you could call it an old, same old er rundown and break down but you know what? (I have no goddamn clue what he
says next it's all gibberish)

At that point just get the Nightbeat recolour of Generations Bumblebee. Less work, better looking head that isn't a Titan Master.

Except Nightbeat was a headmaster and I already own the head-only release from Titans Return.

Pure speculation, though, since I don't want any diseases this piece of shit has.

Being off-topic here, I will say that cel painting is pretty one a one-coat affair, though it does require watering paints to a liquid consistency so they puddle onto the cel, since you're not supposed to stroke the paint on. Sometimes if the color appears too transparent after the first coat dries, a second coat is needed. I worked on a friend's project that forced me to paint hundreds of cels for him, using only acrylic craft paint from the store. Pretty handy experience to work out.

Fascinating, thanks for sharing!

Chris in a weird ass high pitched voice: (Stupid crap in table, stupid Skylander shit being used as a backdrop again.) This video is brought ta you by the stamps Christines Chandlers Ebay Shop of Mr. C's plam-stamp collection of her late father you are eligible to buy among which any purchase up to date of April 31st win themselves an automatic entry to win the toy featured in this video.

I seriously made it halfway through this sentence before my brain seized up.

Right? I know a lot of adults buy and collect toys and all sorts of things to varying degrees of hipness and social acceptability to fill a gnawing void in their life. Hell, I once had a Boba Fett figure on my desk, and my coworker had a Vader on hers. But the way he plays with them is akin to not just a child but the guy in your grade school class that eats glue.

There are few addon's that can be found on 3d printing sites to turn him back into a headmaster if you want a G1 Nightbeat. IDW Nightbeat isn't a Headmaster though.

I like how the autism in this video was so power it irradiated this thread with autism and now it's turned into a bunch of spergs discussing how to properly paint their dollies.

You should try selling it as a True and Honest Son Chu. If someone buys it Chris would be pissed.

Nah, the whole point of salvaging the figure into something decent would be to destroy the character essence or something that sounds less idiotic (my brain fails me in coming up with something more intelligent sounding). Selling it would piss him off, yes, but it would also show that there is an actual market for this shit and might only encourage him to make more, setting off the Amiibo bullshit all over again.

I don't have a desire for exclusive versions of characters if they're both G1 based to begin with. And I already own the Titans Return Nightbeat head like I already mentioned so I really do not understand why you keep trying to argue why I should get a different toy. Since yes, obviously the Generations Bumblebee retool is better, but it isn't like I seriously was going to try and get this PoS figure Chris crapped out anyway - if I was really dead set on using this mold for Nightbeat, I'd simply just BUY a goddamn Breakaway from Target and do the painting myself.

Did I say you should buy it? No. I simply stated you can turn it into a Headmaster if you wanted to and before that I stated that the Nightbeat recolour was a closer colour scheme to what Chris could have used.
