1. The Unicorns - Unicorns Are People Too
2. Marilyn Manson - Mechanical Animals
3. Radiohead - OK Computer
4. Coco Rosie - The Adventures of Ghosthorse and Stillborn
5. The Protomen - The Protomen (No joke; it's a rock opera about Megaman and it's here unironically)

Eminem would have made this list but I'm more of a fan of individual songs of his than any of his actual albums. If I could make a mix CD of his stuff it would clock in just under Unicorns Are People Too.

Última edición:
Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon. I first heard this as a child and because it was played in the home, I often fell asleep to it. It just instantly relaxes me. Best alternate: Meddle
Radiohead: OK Computer
Sufjan Stevens: Illinois
Rolling Stones: Beggars Banquet. Not sure why, any of Let it Bleed, Sticky Fingers or Exile on Main St. is arguably technically better
Velvet Underground: Loaded (Fully Loaded Edition), again, either VU or Velvet Underground and Nico are technically better

Also if I could squish the first two sides of the White Album together with the first side of Revolver and then throw in some bits of Rubber Soul, it would be the best, but I think the strengths of the Beatles were often in single songs rather than "concept" albums that operated as an integrated whole

I actually don't listen to any of these albums often any more because I more or less over-listened them to the point I know them note for note.

I also didn't put on Neutral Milk Hotel just because.

oh god only 5?
i think i can do this

Drukqs - Aphex Twin
Kid A - Radiohead
Tubular Bells - Mike Oldfield
Supermodel - Foster The People
Geogaddi - Boards Of Canada

Not in any particular order

Hi How Are You-Daniel Johnston

Ready To Die- Notorious B.I.G

People Who Eat People -Andrew Jackson Jihad

Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables - Dead Kennedys

Sam's Town- The Killers

Also leaving out Johnny Cash, Tom Waits, and The Clash because I cant pick just one of their albums.
