I do both. I have a retro handheld for old stuff (been checking out Genesis and T-16 because I was a Nintendo fanboy as a wee lad) and honestly I only really use Game Pass for the cloud gaming. They do put out games from time to time that look great (kind of excited for that Magicians game) but I just like being able to play FFXIV on the go.
I suppose even then I'm still feeding the Beast. But that Beast will be fattened up by globohomo bullshit and normies who will pay for the Premium Edition upgrades ($30 or so) so they can play the game a couple of days early or get their fancy skins/digital extras. Best I can do personally is just not waste my time on the slop titles and support the few games they release each year that are good.

Milion dollar question, isn't it? The nogs and white boys who play Forza don't care about any of this crap, so it's either virtue signaling for awards/grants or their own demented tranny DEI obsession. I swear there has to be some kind of diversity requirements over there for gam devs.

I liked the last Forza Motorsport game because it was track-based but it had fuck all content and the devs abandoned it the second it was released.
The Horizon entries are shit. They just create an open world that vaguely resembles somewhere and you tick off icons on a map in your completely weightless car of choice. Dogshit.

They don't even try to sell you on it either. They could frame it as you can be a perfect saint or the most dastardly, heartless villain or anything in between. But they don't, they're just omg no one morality works and people have subjective views. Then proceeds to let you pay your way out of it anyway.
