That's the first episode, what dost life. Since the computer is contaminating the humans you need a human disease to contaminate the computer...

Imo the greatest sequence is the shakashuri blowdown. I show it to people who have no fucking idea about xra and just enjoy the faces they do.

That was the first episode I ever saw high af at like 3 in the morning and thiught it was a fever dream of a monkey man fighting wind. "You have totally broken wind! Environmalists have finally found there final solution"

The liminal spaces in the show are extremely aesthetic with an element of psycological horror, and would fit perfectly with my vaporwave ARG.
 
Almost every sentence of this show is memorable and quotable.

Look at you, you look so superficial, you probably judge things by their physical appearance.
 
Always loved the timing in this show, it knew exactly how long to let something linger without stalling out or feeling like its waiting for the audience to get the joke. Managed to be relentless in its delivery without being exhausting. I still love introducing it to new people today, its so baffling as to immediately overcome any preconceptions and just be enjoyed for what it is.
 
Anybody that enjoys Xavier: Renegade should also check out The Shivering Truth, another series Vernon Chatman created. I wouldn't say it ever reaches the peaks of X:RA, though that's mainly because it's an anthology and lacks a main character as brilliantly stupid as Xavier for everything to revolve around. Still, if you enjoyed the surreal dream logic and dark humor of X:RA, I'd highly recommend checking it out.

I don't think it's the best show ever, or even the best show on adult swim for that matter. It's definitely the weirdest one I've seen though and I mean that in good way.
