I've never had symptomatic covid, even though multiple people around me have had it once or twice. It's weird, it's like I am actually immune to it somehow.

And if you do a search for CO2 and face masks, you get quite a few pointing out that it actually is potentially an issue.

When I was doing service plumbing during the mad times I used a dust mask with replaceable filters and exhalation valves but without the filter to get the neighborcattle to shut up and let me work. Always took that thing off when they were gone because it was stuffy and impeded my breathing a bit despite the outer material being quite porous. If I actually put the dust filter in it had a noticeable effect on the quality of my breathing. My lungs have never been the best even before having smoked too much weed but I imagine the people who became cultists about this shit habitually starved their brain of oxygen.

Personal health update - I am well but not.
I feel fine then suddenly I lose all energy and have to stop doing things for a while.
Sometimes I feel woozy like the time I donated plasma then went to Walmart and almost passed out. It doesn't get so bad that I actually fall over, but it wouldn't surprise me if I did.
This irritates me as I have stuff I need to do.
Seasonal allergies are hitting about 10x harder than before, but I don't know if that's related.

I was hyped about the new gene-therapy vaccine...i just thougt that it would be tested on volunteers in risk groups and not forced on everyone.
I still trust the science as long as it behaves like a true scientist would.
