The Nuremberg Code And The Vaccine Mandate For Service Members​

The Nuremberg Trials were an attempt to bring justice to the Nazis for some of the most reprehensible criminal acts of World War II. One subset of those trials was known as “The Doctors’ Trial,” so named because it prosecuted some 23 distinguished medical scientists and physicians charged with murder and unspeakable torture through medical experimentation on concentration camp prisoners.

One of the most important outcomes of that trial—aside from meting out justice to the medical monsters—was the establishment of the Nuremberg Code, which offered a 10-point statement outlining proper limits on human experimentation moving forward. It proclaimed that such experimentation is justified only when the participation is voluntary, when the results benefit society, and when it is conducted in accord with basic principles that “satisfy moral, ethical, and legal concepts.” It memorialized what most decent people would have thought was already common sense and practice for a civilized society.

Is Long COVID Actually Vaccine Injury?​

The COVID pandemic has resulted in widespread infection and vaccination throughout the United States. According to data from USAFacts, more than 81% of the U.S. population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

96.4% of Americans have COVID antibodies in their blood, indicating previous infection. Most of these two groups overlap, and all vaccinated people should have COVID antibodies in their blood, as the vaccine prompts the body to produce spike proteins to elicit an immune response and facilitate antibody production.

The issue is that mRNA vaccines lack an off switch, meaning that vaccinated individuals may produce spike protein for weeks, months, or even years without any way to control that effect. In contrast, natural COVID infection includes an off switch, as the immune system will eventually clear the virus, similar to what happens with the flu or a cold.

This lack of an “off switch” is called “spikeopathy” and was summarized in a 2023 paper in Biomedicines.

The Helsinki accords and the neuremberg cose very clearly lay out that human participation in medical activity should be informed and that should allow free and informed consent, free of any form of coercion or force. Financial coercion is coercion. Do it or you lose your job/kids is coercion. All this was something I took literal exams on for a decade or two and now suddenly all that is gone. You find it squirreled away pages and pages back in the search results. I fully expect the Helsinki and Nuremberg wording to be neutered soon to remove anything that makes just injecting people with stuff problematic.
As someone who is (I hope) very keen on ethics, this has been horrific to live through

If it makes you feel any better; it never actually meant anything, the nahtzees had it coming but Nuremberg was victor's justice through and through, the legacy of some higher standard was only ever a mirage. The fact you ever believed in it seriously is a stronger indictment of your own moral certitude than any legitimacy borne from actually following the wording of the petty scraps of paper masquerading as authority could ever hope to grant.
This happens every other generation or so across different fields, lots of angsty diplomats circa 1914 for example, it could never have gone any better.

you seem like a good and decent person but let me offer you a counterpoint

this is a good thing. the medical industry discredited itself completely and peoples' trust in it is at the lowest level in decades if not centuries. among thinking people this extends to the entire concept of expert consensus and the role of media and government

at the micro level it also exposed who the real scumbags and vermin in our society are.

maybe now people will think twice before slow-killing themselves with statins. maybe now they wont pump their kids full of ritalin because some faggot with a stethoscope said so. maybe now people won't fry themselves with psychotropic drugs, or pay the equivalent of a luxury german car to birth their chid only for it to be pumped full of mercury and aborted fetal cells and sv40

this was a needed change. too bad it cost the lives, health and fertility of millions.

But who knows. I doubt anyone here is concerned about it since nobody has brought it up but, feel free to discuss

"NEW VARIANT!" was on page 7 last week I think? nobody really cares (nor should they).

Doesn't have to be. Some people are just desperate to make everything someone else's responsibility. "Don't have kids, don't plan for a future, just become a weapon in someone else's political game" is a roundabout way of making everything that happens to you the result of someone else's actions. Don't have any future in 20 years? Its because you gave your best years fighting for [cause] and then the people behind [cause] abandoned you, its not your fault. Lonely and childless? Its because [cause] lost and therefore [thing we oppose] ensured that you couldn't have the nice things like a family. Did [cause] win but it ended up making everything worse because [cause] was always just a trojan horse for something even worse? Well, how could you have known, you just fought for what you believed was right, not your fault there were evil people behind it.

Its all just people fighting to give other people power so those other people can then fix their lives for them, in a way they're not responsible for.
 
I wonder if members of the jury who sided with hospital in Covid wrongful death case got the following message: "it'll be too sad if something bad happen to you/friends/relatives".

Jury sides with hospital in COVID wrongful death case​

In a tragic outcome on Thursday, after just two hours of deliberations, a jury in Outagamie County Circuit Court in Appleton, Wisconsin sided with Ascension Hospital in the wrongful death lawsuit involving the death of Grace Schara, a 19-year-old woman with Down Syndrome.

Grace died on Oct. 13, 2021, seven days after being admitted with symptoms of COVID-19 to Ascension NE Wisconsin-St. Elizabeth Hospital. Her father, Scott Schara, filed a wrongful death suit against the hospital, alleging medical negligence, violation of informed consent, and battery.

One of the most heart-wrenching details heard in the case was the fact that the hospital allegedly administered intravenous drugs without the family’s specific consent, an action that the family asserted constituted battery. Sadly, in the end, the battery claim was not included on the verdict form, according to local reporting. The judge reportedly “dismissed the claim before the start of jury deliberations,” according to reporting from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

I traveled a lot in the past month and was sick with a medium cold for like 2 days. A lot of other people have reported something similar so it's probably that.
