If I had to guess, this is her response to people saying giving hormone blockers to kids is dangerous, aka that it won't instantly turn a male child into a female teenager and vice versa. It would be a reasonable point, basically saying they don't cause non-reversible damage...except the general smugness of her style comes shining through once again.

Might be slight powerlevelling but I've seen parents fight tooth and nail to claim all the doctors and therapists they've seen are wrong and their child has this or that condition purely because they think their child deserves special treatment and attention which they think a diagnosis of a condition will provide. Trust me, there will be parents who try the same shit with gender dysphoria.
