I remember on his blog he had a post talking about why he started writing Nerd books and shit. His agent told him his residuals were at a point where wouldn't be enough to live on.
I'm sure being the butt of the joke on his Big Bang Theory appearances helped on that front and he'll be able to live a comdortable, normal life. At best he's house-rich because California is retarded and he bought early enough but he also has to pay the California cost of living premium.

I remember liking The Guild, but it was probably because I wanted to save the flat chested self proclaimed Queen of Geeks.

It was pretty cringe so I didn't watch a lot but from what I remember it actually did a pretty good job of capturing guild drama for the setups even if the progression/resolution of said guild drama was ass.
