>He doesn't know
They just brought him back to show off him molesting children in the 25th century or whenever Picard takes place. Like he was molested on the Ent-D by the Traveller.>He doesn't know
https://youtube.com/watch?v=-uJrmIlF3ccKurtzman's Trek brought him back so there's a non-zero chance he might one day be brought back yet again
Season 1 made sure to murder and castrate all your favorite characters.Picard Season 1 is mediocre at best, Season 2 is a dumpster fire that breaks its own canon in story, and Season 3 was genuinely good Not TNG seasons 3-7 good but better than the 1st two seasons and as RLM said the best Trek film were ever got from the TNG cast. It was a good send off for that crew.

Season 3 wasn't good it was fucking awful, but you are confusing "Nostalgia where the things I like and remember aren't being actively shit on" for "good" because modern output is so fucking garbage its lowered the standard for "good" from actually good to "not actively terrible"
Wouldn't we just say then "TNG season 1"?"Not TNG seasons 3-7 good" is a longwinded way of saying "bad."
Wouldn't we just say then "TNG season 1"?
At the very least, one thing to say about the old method of TV writing? Disconnected episodes means you could occasionally get a gem like "measure of a man". When everything is connected, it all drags down if the whole isn't any good.
Come at me but I liked TNG Season 1 since it seemed like a logical extension of TOS. It's Season 2 I find almost unwatchable now. Except for my girl Pulaski.

Still, there's nothing in S1 as good as Measure of a Man or that one with the god-alien who wiped out an entire species with a thought because he was peeved at them.
Kali-Ma demands a certain jocularity when so completely outdone on the scales of mass death by a mopey old man.C'mon though, he wasn't "peeved," he was overcome with grief at the death of his wife. Love makes you do the wacky.
As a friend of mine puts it - there is an objective quality to art, but it doesn't affect enjoyment. Just as there is an objective quality to nutrition, but that doesn't mean broccoli is going to taste good too you no matter how many numbers doctors throw at you that your human body should eat it.Come at me but I liked TNG Season 1 since it seemed like a logical extension of TOS. "Survivors" was S3 btw. Measure of a Man was S2.that one with the god-alien who wiped out an entire species with a thought because he was peeved at them.

That's Captain Scarlet, a different show.that one with the god-alien who wiped out an entire species with a thought because he was peeved at them.
"The Survivors" S3 E3 of TNG has that plot line, though it's only revealed at the end of the episode. That's Captain Scarlet, a different show.
