AI can be a really good way to work through issues that YOU are cognizent of and capable of working through on your own, like a rubber ducky or a diary would work in cognitive behavioral therapy, if the diary can talk back to you. But like others have said, they are scycophantic by nature and will suck your dick if you prompt them right, especially if you format it as a sob story or needing a shoulder to lean on. AI is a great diary and rubber duck to get out intrusive thoughts or through really bad holes where you just feel like you need someone to talk to. The moment you start asking it to interpret or resolve issues is where it gets sketchy. Honestly, if you are itching for ears, I would recommend going into big discord servers full of randos to dump to. Not my proudest moment but I can tell you for sure it helps to vent to a perfect stranger if you have a lot of stress on your shoulders.

A fake robot friend is better than a fake human friend, just like having an anime waifu is better than marrying a whore* who cucks and robs you. Don't get the raped.

If your life sucks for objective reasons (money), try finding a social worker. If your life sucks for subjective reasons, take some money and pick a random hobby, grow some shrimp or something.

@Fujoshi_Nationalist AI is a search engine/autocomplete. Just go to a psychologist if your problems are that bad. As an adult, you should be able to identify if a therapist or a psychologist is a fucktard or actually helpful. It is best to talk at least 2 or 3 before giving up completely on therapy. Not every single human being is there to make you chop your cock off or shove you full of SSRIs. You can find the later in a psychiaTRIST but a psycologist will just talk to you about shit. Therapists don't prescribe anything because they don't even have a doctorate let alone know about medicine enough for that. From there, it is what your insurance can cover and what you can tell is an idpol retard or someone who you get along with.


I think the best answer is when you feel it. You used an AI for a soundboard, but you can't get past something or you're finding it useless. Or just as importantly, the advice seems questionable, contradictory, or too biased towards you. That's when you can drop it and talk to a friend or therapist or psychologist. You can make the statement "NO DRUGS", that's fine. They can't give you meds without your consent. They can't troon you out without consent. The rest is up to you.
