Containment What will happen when Barb dies?

Chris specifically said that Barb told him no at the beginning then gave in

He raped her bro. Multiple times. Before he went all the way he sexually assaulted her multiple times

Hm. Valid enough point. I'm just on the fence because I don't see Chris himself as a reliable witness. One month he's saying all of that to Bella, the next he thinks he's Jesus Christ on a sajjada. At this point I'm concerned if Chris could even consent. If he's really regressed into some sort of late developing schizophrenia like many have speculated, then how culpable is he? He was absolutely groomed by Barb to take his father's place.

I find it very strange that people are totally on board with Chris being okay with incest, but think Barb would never agree to it. One of the few people in the world with less of a chance of getting laid than Chris is Barb. Old ladies get super dry and thirsty. I'm sure Barb said no at first because of social conditioning, but Barb was also the fuck authority type, I don't think it's that big of a stretch that once she got the tingles she couldn't have said "fuck it, this is the only way I'm ever getting anything ever again before I'm dead".

We usually think of women as being picky about who they fuck -- that women are the people who say "no". But elderly women are kryptonite to penis. Younger men don't want them, and older men are rare because they die sooner (and they still prefer younger women). If old ladies were physically strong, there'd be a significant contingent among them that would become rapists. You have to have spent time in an old folks' home to learn just how bad it is.

Chris' admission that Barb said "no" has some credibility because it's an admission against his own interest. I fully trust Chris to lie about something that makes him look good, but it's highly unlikely that he would lie about something that makes him look bad.

Really doubt he has any kind of schizophrenia.. He didn't claim that he was Jesus until Heilberg announced that he was pursuing an insanity defense. In true Chris fashion he picked the most stereotypical and ham-handed insane thing to do, e.g. calling yourself Jesus. The CPU Blue Heart stuff was a LARP that Chris couldn't even keep straight sometimes.

Where did Heilberg announce he was pursuing an insanity defense? Ordering psych evaluations don’t mean he’s going for an insanity defense. He’d have to be an idiot and he’s clearly not one.

Chris is too stupid to try to fake insanity. He’s still larping and coping.

But your first paragraph is spot on.

The entirety of our evidence that it was rape in a single sentence from a literal fucking retard told to someone who had shown him enthusiasm for taboo topics in the past. Solely based on the general unlikelihood that a mother would consent to incest, it probably was but that is not because Chris claims she said the word “no” once. This is Chris; he is at least as likely to have changed his story because he thought it would sound more cool than he is to have changed the events to cover his ass. If he really wanted to conceal his crimes, he wouldn’t have told anyone.

Fortunately, there are likely employees of the commonwealth of Virginia who specialize in asking the right questions to slow-in-the-minds to sort this out. Bella is not one of them. Chris fucked Barb, that’s all we know with any degree of certainty

The troons on twitter told me she is a woman, she is not insane. Then they got pissed that I want him prosecuted to the extend of the law like any other sane person gets. Let him get on to general population, let him make friends there and marinade in the mess he created. I know of one that wants to write to him, but no... we have Christorians to deal with that. On another note, I hope you guys have a great Xmas.

Chris will be at risk of becoming homeless. They might also get even more delusional and end up being like those psychotic homeless people on the bus. It's sad, but hopefully that doesn't happen and Chris ends up in a care facility or something, Chris is a shitty person, but I wouldn't wish the worst for them.

I hope he gets all the treatment and meds they both need, I think Chris is insane but not because of the being trans part of his life. Marriage to fantasy friends, thinking he is God/ Jesus... he needs help, Barbara needs assisted living and that house turned in to a park. At this point, what is the good / best ending we can have?

The best ending at this point is for Barb to succumb to old age/disease/her injuries and die, and for Chris to be locked up for life or die as well.

Now that the house is going to be sold, and snorlarx totally under care until his death, I can guess that Chris going out, begging for money, as he continues to do, it is likely that he will draw his comic, at most.

From what I know, the defense has no reason to request psych evals other than to pursue a defense based on mental incompetency.

Why do you feel this would be a losing strategy and what leads you to believe that Chris is competent in a legal sense?

Trying to troon out is already a sign of severe mental illness, but to do so by cutting open your grundle, listening to high pitched tones for hours and putting egg masturbators on your manly bosoms is a big hint that there's something even worse at play.

A year+ of IRL therapy away from the Internet is going to do wonders for him

Therapy in the past has helped him little, and 5 months away from the internet has him believing he's the literal reincarnation of Jesus Christ. Methinks you're a little optimistic about Chris' chances.

I get where you're coming from but I've been watching this situation since '09 so believe me I understand the odds.

Consider this. The therapy he's received has been weekly hour long sessions, after which he was allowed to go back to play time because his parents were enablers.
In a group home/psyche facility he will be monitored constantly. No internet, vidya, no humoring his larps (sadly they probably won't address his troon shit). Constant supervision and intensive therapy.

Secondly, Chris is on 23 hour lockdown, in a cement box, in a psychiatric segregation unit. That drives far stronger men insane. Smart people will learn to play chess with the cells next to them, "fish" lines to their neighbors, practice origami or actual meditation. Anything to stay out of their heads.

Chris only has his imagination, constantly warping and reinforcing his delusions.

To be completely blunt, I honestly think he'll become homeless. Yes, ending up in a group home or psychiatric care is the best case scenario but I dont think it'll happen. Mental health resources are kinda shitty in the US, and even for extreme cases like this theres a shortage of beds. The largest psychiatric institutions are prisons, and I'm pretty sure most of us are aware that they dont exactly give quality treatment. Their idea of psychiatric care is a cement sensory deprivation cell (solitary) which only drives people crazier.

Other than beds availability, the other problem is insurance and that there's a process to being put into these places, it's not just "this person is batshit insane, so they get their 'good for one bed at a facility/group home' coupon hand delivered to them". I'm not sure if he has Medicare (qualify due to disability) or medicaid ( qualify due to low income) since that's a whole process that I'm not sure he's mentally competent to do on his own. Group homes dont necessarily need insurance, but it is also a process. He can get assistance (like a social worker) but I have a feeling he wont. Maybe he will go to a DSS office and fill out the forms for placement in a group home, but I kinda doubt it.

I'm not sure if the prison he's currently in will set up placement for him after his sentence (like in a group home/homeless shelter) or just let him out like "ok, you're time is done, good luck". But if it's the latter, I think he'll just end up homeless. The US is quicker to send someone to prison rather than forcibly place them in an actual mental healthcare facility.

It probably partly depends on whether he's on the sex offender registry when he gets out. If he is, there will probably be a period of supervised release, and they may place him in some kind of halfway house for offenders. Higher tier offenders have more restrictions on them, so if he lands up at the highest tier, it's likely there will be very few place he's allowed to live, and they generally prefer them not to be homeless because homeless offenders tend not to comply.

If he ends up at that high tier it is pretty likely he will have a tough time complying and end up back inside either for the remainder of his sentence or on new charges.
