Containment What will happen when Barb dies?

before i learned quick touched his mom in the vagina, I thought that she had already been dead for years. I have actual memories of people talking about her dying circa 2012. i guess it was just mandeller's effects

Might you be thinking of his father Bob.

That's a reach. I've got a hard time picturing a dementia-riddled old woman taking 29 through Charlottesville, merging onto 64 and making it over the mountains, merging again at speed onto 81, and riding it halfway to Roanoke before managing a t-bone on the intestate. People wreck their shit on interstates constantly, might as well assign any crash on that date on 64 or 95 to her.
Somewhat off topic: I was familiar with an old couple who were suffering cognitive decline. One morning, their caretaker showed up at their house to find the garage door open and the car gone. She called the police, and they were found in a city about two hours' drive away. Neither of them knew how or why they'd ended up there. They went straight to a home after that.

So I could believe she drove off, maybe to look for a new thrift store to raid, then forgot where she was going and just kept driving until she spaced out and hit a semi.

What I’m curious about (and may be the reason why barbs was driving) is what’s her current food situation? I have no idea what her and Chris’s daily routine was with breakfast lunch dinner every day.

I know Chris likes to treat himself to McDonald’s and he compared his prison food to TV dinners. was Chris just loading up on TV dinners for the weeks shopping and barbs finally ran out and had to venture out herself?

There's a song that was popular in the 90's about a similar story.
Fastball frontman Tony Scalzo came up with the idea for the song after reading articles which described the June 1997 disappearance of an elderly married couple, Lela and Raymond Howard from Salado, Texas, who left home to attend the Pioneer Day festival at nearby Temple, Texas, despite Lela's Alzheimer's and Raymond recently recovering from brain surgery. They were discovered two weeks later, dead, at the bottom of a ravine near Hot Springs, Arkansas, hundreds of miles off their intended route. The authorities who investigated the accident believed that Lela, who was driving the car, was trying to locate a place where she had once vacationed.

I think Chris was the one doing all the shopping for the house and taking Barb out with him when she was upto it or demanded she go with him, but I think Chris was heating up cans of soup and other instant or ready meals.

Barb was trying to be independent or going on a run to a good will etc when she got into the accedent, now Ken mentioned that some family member is helping her with the day to day stuff.

First point: Driving is easy to do for elderly people. Relatively speaking, it's muscle memory they rely on. Merge onto a highway, drive along. Mostly a straight line, steady speed, etc. The problems occur more when they need to operate in an urban setting with turns, varying speeds, stops, etc. <I think most people here have seen elderly relatives lose the ability to drive and understand this>.

Second: Even before this episode, no BDSM group would have let Chris in. They vet members because of people like Chris. Rapey types want in, and thus they vet the fuck out of people. You also need to submit Sexually Transmitted Disease blood work for many. Also they don't want unwashed disgusting types. Sure he might have found some whacked out pyschotic types on fetlife; but they aren't in any real BDSM Club, so much as I expect posting nudes and would have roleplayed with Chris online.

There's a reason BDSM clubs are considered safe places; they actively make sure they are. And people are utterly right on how serious they take boundaries, and we know Chris wouldn't have. Even he snuck in some how despite the vetting, there is a very good chance he'd have actual rape charges leveled by a club member. <Because again, he refuses to take no for an answer, and I believe the rape charges would have been very real>, and some members would likely take serious offense at him raping their slave/property, and thus, beat the piss out of him pending the charges.

It's not some random furry shit he woulda been looking into in other words, and I think the fact he couldn't control it, and would have had interactions with people with pretty high standards, is likely why he never mentioned it. Chris and needing high standards does not work together.

Also, modern automobiles are loaded with systems designed to make driving as easy and predictable as possible.
