Last thing was actually chicken breasts but that isn't very exciting. What was exciting was the brown butter chocolate chip cookies I made from this cookbook https://www.amazon.com/100-Cookies-Kitchen-Classic-Brownies/dp/1452180733
They were SO GOOD. The brown butter gave them almost a caramelly note, and they were so perfectly crisp on the outside with a gooey center. Even the unbaked dough was so good that those cookies came dangerously close to not being baked. I'll have to make them again, and very soon.
