Literally makes me stronger and recover faster between sets. It's a no-brainer for anyone who goes to the gym and even has evidence of mental benefits for people that don't.what do you feel it does for you, personally
The biggest change I noticed was how consistent my gains became compared to not using it.what do you feel it does for you, personally
Solid leg drive
Local gym of mine just shills a brand (based within the same country) that touts Vegan and other unsubstantiated claims all while shoving down ingredients like sucralose in their product lineup.I'm so sick of this protein trend where everyone believes it's the miracle nutrient. This shit is why we have fucking protein Cheerios and protein Doritos lmao..
Eu wide (digged within pages of slop) only seitenbacher came up with less cancerous ingredients or the usual whey in dairy at local grocery stores that's pretty bland. It's pretty dire imoYeah, I have the opposite issue with protein related mixes. Whey is fine and so is dairy but I REFUSE to use the artificial sweetener ones because it makes me have diahrrea.
Only if you're also on a bind with lipids, usually never seem to be able to fit it alongside other foods except on odd occasions.Cheese is a GODLY cheat code for adding more protein easily
Aren't they making it a law you guys can't buy bread without folic acid added soon???Eu wide (digged within pages of slop) only seitenbacher came up with less cancerous ingredients or the usual whey in dairy at local grocery stores that's pretty bland. It's pretty dire imo
Ain't kraut , but a quick lookup shows that US/UK/NZ/CAN/AUS already have similar mandates/regulations as well so idk.Aren't they making it a law you guys can't buy bread without folic acid added soon???
I only used my smartwatch to count steps, if you walk a lot in a day it's nice to see the amount.I got a fitbit air and it's interesting to see how my heart rate climbs during lifts. Nothing I can with the information, just interesting to see how different lifts spike it and how it drifts higher over the course of a workout.
How high does your heart rate get during squats and deadlifts? I've always been curious what mine gets up to during those because them and hip thrusts gas me the fuck outI got a fitbit air and it's interesting to see how my heart rate climbs during lifts. I like being able to count the heart rate spikes when I'm second-guessing how many sets I did.I got a fitbit air and it's interesting to see how my heart rate climbs during lifts. Highest so far was a spike during a PR for RDLs at 171 BPM. Resting is 73 for comparison. How high does your heart rate get during squats and deadlifts? I've always been curious what mine gets up to during those because them and hip thrusts gas me the fuck out
