I'm a pretty buff guy for being a manlet, Beauty Parlor's token old musclefag. I used to be extremely underweight (92 lbs as a teen) and decided to change that, slowly but surely, I am now nearly 200 lbs. I took pro-hormones a few times before, years ago, but never anything more serious than that. Mirtazipine fattened me up enough to where I could gain some serious size, but I no longer take that.
Here's what I use
Pre-workout: Insane Labs "I Am God" (Orange) or Maniac Apple by Anabolic Warfare.
BCAA Powder: Depends on what I'm using, I prefer it to have electrolytes in it.
Vitamins: Vitadapt Complete (Ashwaganda is inside it).
Creatine: A small amount in either powder or pill form.
Stamiron Reginerol: It has a ton of resveratrol and NMN plus other shit for anti aging and I find it helps with stamina.
Ideal Greens Mix: Chocolate Powder.
Osteo Bi-flex: If I have a sprain or hurt joints, this shit fixes it within 2 days. Glucosamine is a hell of a drug.
Protein: I LOVE Gatorade Protein Bars (Chocolate chip is my favorite), I drink a lot of milk, take probiotic yogurt shots, and eat plenty of meat and cheese. Occasionally I'll use protein powder.
I workout nearly every other day as I find it keeps my migraines at bay. I alternate between chest and arms, occasionally throwing back or cardio in. I don't do leg day, the closest I come to leg day is jogging at incline. My flat feet and knees aren't built for leg day, plus I get no enjoyment from it. I don't really fuck with the barbell, I use machines or dumbbells. I can lift pretty heavy and I'm hoping to gain more defined muscle. I need to focus more on abs and back than I do.
Also word of caution: The New Year's Resolutionists are usually filthy and disrespectful, so always wipe your toilet seat clean before you use it at the gym, or they'll give you a staph infection or ass pimples. Luckily, they peter out by mid February and stop crowding. One time I had a "Doo Doo or Die" moment and couldn't clean it in time, always happens in January.
I pride myself in cleaning the gym restroom better than when I entered and if it's late at night, I'll pick up after the tards.
