Alright so I’ve been cutting out exercise except walking my dog because of some irl bullshit. Any advice on how to get some great workouts in preparation for the marines? Idgaf about the political structure anymore I just need to escape.

Your numbers are already high enough you should compete just for the experience. You don't get better at something by not doing it. The technique will come but for Olympic lifting it's been said not to try and PR at the meet.I hit what were effectively my lifelong squat goals last month, never thought I'd get them after only 2.5 years of training. 182kg front squat, 227kg backsquat - 400 and 500lbs respectively.
Focus at the moment is divided equally between working toward a 600kg total, and putting more work into the snatch and clean and jerk. When I hit the former I'll probably give up on chasing numbers (at least for the deadlift and bench,) and probably adopt weightlifting programming full time.
The longterm goal for the latter is a 120kg snatch and 140kg clean and jerk. The strength is there, I just need the technique. Maybe then I'll consider competing.

All the Noble Natty channels have amazing physiques. It's really sad that PED users have corrupted the lifting industry into a dichotomy of natties as only big from genetics or forever small. Silver Era physiques are beautiful. Usually people like Steve Reeves from that era are praised for having beautiful physiques but so many of the pre-gear physiques are great. Especially when you go further back to the 1890s-1920s you see these people that are built like greek gods. Something interesting that also parallels to the Greek comparison, a lot of the very early bodybuilders had physiques similar to greek statues, where the V taper was less of a focus and instead they were built like a tree trunk of muscle. I've heard some people say this could be because of the lack of a lot of pressing movements, but I am unsure about that.It's why I am a huge fan of the Silver Era. Well, if you read up on the history of the Silver and especially Bronze Eras, they weren't purely bodybuilders as we think of them today. Many circus strongmen, Olympic lifters, wrestlers, gymnasts, what would eventually be called powerlifters, the majority of them were athletes from a ton of different worlds who took pride in their physique. Then we can see the evolution of what an ideal physique was through time, and at the end of the day it's subjective and heavily influenced by the current culture.Silver Era physiques are beautiful. Check and see how you look after a rest day and see if you look any different.Not sure if this is just a me problem. I feel like o am looking really puffy recently. What's the deal? Loose skin is an issue for me since I dropped 30kgs quite rapidly (under a year and a half) but I've been in the 50kg-60kg for a solid 12 months now.
Last few days while training I have noticed I look puffy, harder to see my muscles, etc. What's going on here? Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Being a woman I understand water retention and hormones around the monthly can be a factor but this feels like a lot.
Admittedly I have been a bit more lax on eating but it's still way less treats/bad food than the regular human being.
