I am now at 146 with a BMI of 28. I lost about 10 BMI points from my highest weight of 198. The weight is really starting to shed since I have been dieting since January. I have been a very bad girl and not working out much.
I have been having only small cheats such as a 400 calorie pizza once a week instead of larger cheat meals, and it really helps.
I am still only consuming between 800-1000 calories a day, but I am a petite woman with PCOS along with a slow metabolism. My BMR is like only 1200 calories a day and dropping.
With my progress, a lot of my clothes are too loose. My favorite apple watch bands do not fit me. Thankfully, my summer scrub tops still fit me. My winter scrub tops are too large now. My favorite rain boots as a fat fuck were too snug, now they fit me perfectly. When you lose weight, you lose weight everywhere.
I already bought basic scuba gear like fins, mask, booties, and snorkel for my certification in December, but I am holding off on buying wetsuits and a BCD until a month beforehand. I want to buy my own complete set of scuba gear. I found the perfect package for diving in both warm and cold water and a great price to boot. I just do not want to live with the fact that I bought a BCD too large and ill-fitting.
