It doesn't sound great to me. If you just take it for a day or two - which sounds like an uncomfortable couple of days, tbh, then it's only going to burn off some fat temporarily. Which your body will then demand you make good on by making you hungry enough to rebound. If you keep on taking it day after day, even if risk of an OD is low as was claimed, it can't be good for your health. And if you're not actually dieting, you'll probably just start eating more to compensate. And if you are dieting, then why isn't that sufficient?
I wouldn't touch it personally. Even if it works short term, the only effective weight loss, short of surgery, is something you can do long-term. And I wouldn't want to be jacking my cells up like that month after month.
I'm not a doctor, haven't researched it. That's just my initial, natural reaction to the description.
