Three of the four incidents were from him cooking something, then stepping away from the oven.
The other time was from him detonating C4 inside a house.

He left a grilled cheese cooking on the stove and it burned down his first house. The second one was probably just something that happened...or Meryl was trying to kill herself and the baby.

No. All of what happened in the game was a direct result of Jace.
 
Best. Streaming of Sims 3. Ever. I can't wait to have a grilled cheese sandwich tomorrow at lunch.
 
Holy fucking shit.
He was thrashing around in his chair repeating the same things over and over while blubbering about going to jail. His house burned yet again, right after being robbed. He then stole a car and started going on a killing spree.
 
As amazing as this is to us this is just a typical day in exciting life of Jace. He attempts to play a game, acts like an obnoxious turd who knows everything about said game, gets his ass kicked at said game, whines and cries how he'll never play said game ever again and then wakes up the next afternoon to repeat it all over again.
 
That was a fantastic stream. The Gamer Shack he built was glorious. It was tiny, had no roof, no bathroom, no kitchen. Only consisted of a shitty tv (he slowly upgraded), a PS3, two sleeping bags, two chairs, and a table to put his weed on. He eventually built an outhouse (also no roof) and slowly extended the shack to hold a bed so he could impregnate Meryl (he also said he'd make her have an abortion if it was female).

There were a number of highlights for me. As he was being taken to jail, Jace shouted something along the lines of "This game is bullshit! It's not fair. My house burned down, my wife is cheating on me with a wrestling superstar!" Also, the gamer shack being robbed as Jace sat in jail was also great. His assassination of Ted was epic. Rock music blared as Jace stumbled about the house, ocassionally being interrupted as Stryker fell asleep or decided to read a book. And the ending was so perfect, with the final frame of the stream resting on the gamer shack in flames.
 
I just realized. At the end of the stream when the hobo gamer shack burnt down, the stove was on fire. The only thing she could have been cooking since Jace couldn't afford real food in-game was a grilled cheese sandwich.

The almighty grilled cheese has it out for Jace.

*EDIT* Actually I'm wrong. Turns out it was a waffle. The true troll of this game is the wafflemaker.
 
It looks like the stream recording is missing the first portion where he murders the two maids and shows off the secret sex dungeon. Did anybody get a recording of that?
