I'm pretty ignorant of legal practice and strategy so forgive the basic question: if even the $100k isn't enough for a drawn out legal battle, would it be prudent to sue the corps for a settlement then go after the VAs, or the other way around since the VAs are going to crumble faster, at least in theory?

They complain about people making money off of this and gaining attention but i wonder if they would care if it was sites and youtubers dunking on vic who made money. Besides, just because someone is making bank off this shitshow doesnt make what they are saying any less wrong necessarily. Biased sure but not more wrong.

Since I'm not a lawyer I'm guessing just based off Nick's hypotheses, but I believe the idea is to go after the companies for info in discovery that would help go after the VAs later on.

Jamie never had to think for herself or face any real consequence in her life.
