Since I'm not a lawyer I'm guessing just based off Nick's hypotheses, but I believe the idea is to go after the companies for info in discovery that would help go after the VAs later on.I'm pretty ignorant of legal practice and strategy so forgive the basic question: if even the $100k isn't enough for a drawn out legal battle, would it be prudent to sue the corps for a settlement then go after the VAs, or the other way around since the VAs are going to crumble faster, at least in theory?
I think he's claiming to be an Overcomer of Autism, like he's some kind of champion who fights on the behalf of autism.
Hey MarzGurl, watcha retweeting out there? You wouldn't be attacking a source of Vic's income when you're one of the people on the list up for a spot on the legal chopping block would you? Because that would be pretty stupid http://archive.fo/SmLsh

I mean they already did it several times before (Vancouvar to Texas, then from Tiffany to Monica), what's stopping them from doing it again?General Ivan (aka Chris Guerrero) from TFS has done Momonga from Overlord, Moria from One Piece, and a whole host of other minor anime characters.
Michael Jones from Achievement Hunter did Sting from Fairy Tail.
Those are not minor roles, these are youtubers first and voice actors second, and they can land dubbing roles of important characters. Pretty sure it won't be hard to find a replacement for the ever memorable voice of Bulma.
Also, I'm surprised none of these guys have noticed our thread about them yet.
Ahh, yes. "Encouraging their fans to harass Vic Mignogna's victims." Two lawyers talking is encouraging harassment.
This again?
Should we add whoever runs this Twitter account to the chopping block?
Murder.Makes you super duper thunkful that, if this is their definition of harassment...
What's sexual assault?

§ 230 may protect merely reposting stuff other people post. Not going to say why or what supports that but it may not apply in Texas.
Nick said last night that the totality of the circumstances mean that she can't hide behind any claim that she was "merely" reposting what other people posted.
Jamie never had to think for herself or face any real consequence in her life. Jamie is the kind of person to touch a radiator and scream at it for harassment when it burns her, then touch it later again in a poor attempt to prove herself superior in the vain hope that it had learned its lesson. It did not.
