Surprised no one has mentioned Quora yet. Quora is where people go to ask stupid questions to self-styled experts who think word salad is always preferable to a simple, concise answer. It's a bigger collection of smug retardation than even Reddit. Even if you wanted to read it, the layout is cluttered as hell, and every page is choked with promotional links and unrelated bullshit.

That smug retardation worse than Reddit's has a simple explanation: Indians. The whole website has been crawling with users from India for years now.
