Decided to go for a 14 day water fast as a way of letting my digestion rest and hopefully repping those benefits of fasting and entering new year with better control over food I digest. Planning to go one meal a day after the fast.

Only water and electrolytes.
Currently on 27th hour.

Anyone got experience in water fasting, if so feel free to give me some tips.
Thank you!☺️

Fasting is for jeets. If you search information about fasting on the jeeternet, you will only get encouragement towards the practice. It's coming from the same jeeternet that taught you about the benefit of eating cow dungs.

Do not be fooled saar, your brain cells will start dying after just a few days of fasting. You will become as stupid as the fasting poo monkeys.

Or rather: "yes saar, fast for as long as you can saar, you will become smarter and stronger thanks to the fasting saar. At the end of your fast, eat the cow dung for an entire week to reap all the benefit of the fasting saar. You will not die saar."

(is it that difficult to just eat normal healthy food - ever heard of a balanced diet?)

I highly recommend fasting. I recently went on a Mtn Dew Code Red fast and purged my body of lots of harmful vitamins and minerals.

Swallowing a spoonful of cinnamon should help you along your journey.

How much do you weigh? I wouldn't even consider this unless I was over 200 pounds.

Lot's of negativity in this thread. I'm guessing a lot of people have tried but weren't disciplined enough.
More people should do it for nothing other than the discipline, you're not going to die not eating for 3 days. 14 days seems too much though, good luck!

You're not making it 14 days. Even supplementing electrolytes the lethargy you'll experience is too severe after about 5 days. I guess if you have no responsibilities what so ever you can sit around the house in a vegetize state for a few weeks. If you just want to cleanse and burn off some fat sticking to a liquid only diet of water and protein shakes is quite comfortable but you have to give 110% in the bathroom.

You're supposed to eat nothing but plain potatoes for 2 weeks if you want to fix your digestion. It also resets your taste buds. Some people can't drink sodies after it because they find it too disgustingly sweet.
