It was missing two important parts. See below. Was funi's the one with biggest errors?
What about the others?
Also, more importantly, the document styled VICTOR MIGNOGNA’S SUR-REPLY TO APPELLEE FUNIMATIONS, LLC’S RESPONSE BRIEF is missing two required sections, the Certificate of Compliance with Tex. R. App. 9.4, which is supposed to include a word count, and a Certificate of Service.
SO Ty started drinking again or how does anybody on the inside explain this shitshow?I'm told that the FUNi brief was re-filed under the wire with corrections and is not yet available. Stay tuned...
Irrelevant. As long as it's timely, nobody cares what he does in his spare time.Ty was yucking it up with Nick an hour before the deadline. He shouldn't be invited back after turning in what he did. He got a 2-month extension and waited until the last minute again.

HSU is yes, but since Ty is heading the case his name is first on it.Isn't the outside lawyer doing the appeal?

His filing isn't absolutely horrendous. It's serviceable.
Inflation is a stone cold bitch. For $250K I hoped Vic could get better representation than "not absolutely horrendous."
I believe the words you are looking for are "minimally competent."For $250K I hoped Vic could get better representation than "not absolutely horrendous."

the problem is that the Lazy drunkass got 250k for all of this and couldnt produce one professional document. Some of you are so good at picking nits that you should consider becoming chimpanzees. How many times has Nick stated on his show that imperfect paperwork rarely sinks cases?
Pretty much rule #1 in any type of professional persuasive writing or speech is to try not to distract your audience from the point. Technical and grammar issues do just that. Some of you are so good at picking nits that you should consider becoming chimpanzees. How many times has Nick stated on his show that imperfect paperwork rarely sinks cases? Look at the forest and not the trees. The goal here is to convince the judges (who, I have reason to believe, are also human) to let this case have its day in court, not to show off a technical proficiency at English grammar and obtuse paperwork rule-following.
