He can still appeal to SCOTUS by March 30th...
SCOTUS is likely to fall asleep, Vic is unlikely to do anything outside pony up
Not that it would matter with his income.

Possibly. Now that we know the outcome, definatelyI just don't think he should have sued.
No. He'd never have came back without some PR push. At least the lawsuit served that purpose. Probably were better ways open.I know it is frustrating but I think he should have laid low.
Trannies are taking over the fansubbing slowly. The NEET autists are prime candidates for trooning. The law has spoken, fansubs > dubs.
With that kind of talk, you make it sound like there’s no hope left.Trannies are taking over the fansubbing slowly. The NEET autists are prime candidates for trooning.
Austin is the capital, you know.So is Texas officially pozzed now?
Disappointed but not surprised. Ty Beard should be paying for it though
Funny thing then, since you're the only honest left-winger I know who isn't seething at how the world is quickly leaving their values behind. No, I'm a left-winger, my opinions are usually bang-on the money because my judgement isn't clouded by incomprehensible seething anxiety about a world that's quickly leaving my values behind.
Possibly. Now that we know the outcome, definately

Tbh, that is not an error you would except of any licensed attorney, not cheap ones, and certainly not expensive ones.Well, he shouldn't have sued using Ty.
Also that you winning the lawsuit isn't going to stop the defamation and the "I'm the real victim here" bullshit. The fact that Depp won shows it's possible to fight back with a competent legal team.
This is what happens when you get a half-assed will writer (aka the first kind of lawyer to be replaced by GPT-3) to LARP as a litigator, at the recommendation of a balldo-sucking coomer with a room-temperature LSAT score and no real legal experience.this wouldn't have happened if nick didn't go to swinger orgies
At this point I'm doubtful Vic is gonna appeal, but this is probably the best chance we have at seeing the SCOTUS discuss convention etiquette, and I find that hilarious.
It's not that exclusive. You just need to be in good standing (no recent discipline) and have two recommendations from current members of the Supreme Court Bar. Then you can file a cert. petition and be shot down like everyone else. The Texas appeal was his last chance. To appeal to SCOTUS, you need someone with a supreme court bar admission to help you write and file the case. It's an exclusive club, and there's no way any of them are getting involved in a case with such glaringly awful legal work.
Looking at his SERPs on Google in incognito mode, he seems to have kept his online rep pretty clean so far in normie venues.Fuck Ty Beard. I hope he's paying for this.
