Vic NEEDS to take this to the Supreme Court. He wasn't able to present his evidence. They shut him up. Chupp also needs to be dealt with for his negligence and incompetency and refusal to look at the evidence.

The other issue is the TCPA's requirement of a Stay of Discovery,

Carl, is that you?My fellow weebs what if we petition Trump in 2024 to grant Vic a presidential pardon from paying the anti-SLAPP mandated legal costs?
How? Lmao I’m the law fag on here that predicted chupps rulings the day before they happened because of Ty’s massive fuckups. This is some massive cope
I give it 2 years max before the kick vic clique at funiroll are a car crash. I expect there to be 2 factions of sabat & co and rial/toye & co, with at least one getting dropped by Sony into the abyss. My money is on sabat's faction being retained.By the way, we now just have to wait for them to turn on each other now that Vic isn't a unifying threat.
Justice Thomas would be even less impressed by retarded dickheads like rial and toye, should the highly unlikely event that this makes it to the SCOTUS occur. Especially retarded dickheads who throw tv remotes at women. Also, I doubt an old school black guy like that is gonna be too impressed by a lispy faggot like Vic.
After he makes Anime girls real.My fellow weebs what if we petition Trump in 2024 to grant Vic a presidential pardon from paying the anti-SLAPP mandated legal costs?
It's not true. Watch his appearance on Rekieta. Ty specifically pointed out the escalating costs for such an appeal and the low probability that the supreme court would even take the case. What he will do is comp any work going forward, such as the motion for reconsideration and the hearing on the fees, which was remanded back to Chupp. (If Vic still wanted his representation). If it's true that Ty would cover costs to appeal it to the supreme court as claimed
I mean it mostly depends on what you mean by a titty show, it’s pretty hard to find anime that don’t have some fanservice in them. Doesn’t change the fact that funimation consistently got big shonen anime with black clover, one piece, my hero, fairy tail, attack on Titan, Kaguya sama to dub. How? Lmao I’m the law fag on here that predicted chupps rulings the day before they happened because of Ty’s massive fuckups.
The Funimation shit is literally true, they only dubbed titty shows and dragonball was an afterthought to them for so long that’s why it took 2 years to get a dragon ball super dub lmao they did not want to dub it. They also refuse to make an actual DBZ home release that isn’t hot garbage and keep blaming costs and claiming that Toei won’t send them the original DBZ reels knowing full well they just don’t want to buy the reels.
Tell me what popular lineup on Funimation wasn’t a titty show before they started partnering with crunchyroll?
Live action dramas/tv shows does not equal the same as anime, I could point you to their continued failures of live action remakes of animes as proof of that.I mean it mostly depends on what you mean by a titty show, it’s pretty hard to find anime that don’t have some fanservice in them. And that wasn’t even the part I was calling cope, it was this
“Netflix and Amazon buy more anime rights than crunchy roll do. More and more people give less of a fuck about dubs these days with how butchered they are.”
You’ve got absolutely nothing to substantiate this. It’s absurd to think netlfix or Amazon have more rights to anime than crunchyroll, they overwhelmingly get more new shows each season than anyone else
And frankly, this idea that people don’t care about dubs is unsubstantiated and not super backed by anything tangible. It’s especially hard to take this claim seriously when you look at the absurd amount of series that have been dubbed this year on crunchyroll, Sony isn’t running a charity. There is obviously some sort of tangible profit or incentive for them to keep producing dubs. Buying crunchyroll where dubs were more an afterthought was the perfect chance for Sony to gut their dubbing studio, yet despite that they’ve cranked up how many dubs are being worked on each season
And I’ll just leave this here

Netflix’s Secrets to Success: Six Cell Towers, Dubbing and More
For many consumers, Netflix may be synonymous with shows like “Stranger Things” and “Narcos.” But even as Netflix establishes itself as a global TV network, it is still very…variety.com
“During those interviews, U.S. consumers overwhelmingly told the company that they wanted to watch foreign originals with English subtitles. However, the folks at Netflix weren’t so sure that was true, so they streamed a dubbed version of the French show “Marseille” to a subset of its viewers by default. Those who got the dubbed streams were more likely to finish the series than those who watched it with subtitles.
That’s why Netflix is now streaming dubbed versions of shows by default, while still letting users switch to the original with subtitle at any time. Consumers seem to like it, no matter what kind of notions they might have had about dubbing: In the U.S., the majority of viewing of the German drama “Dark” as well as the Brazilian sci-fi show “3%” happened with dubbed audio, according to Netflix’s international dubbing manager Denise Kreeger.”
Despite what all these streaming companies continue to do, anime fans insist that nobody cares about dubs, and it’s pretty silly
Plus, voice acting companies tend to use a very small pool of talent. She's "getting lots of roles" in the same way Dan Castenella is on the Simpsons.Live action dramas/tv shows does not equal the same as anime, I could point you to their continued failures of live action remakes of animes as proof of that.
You forget Amazon is also a store not just a streaming provider so they do in fact stream more anime than crunchyroll because you can usually rent a title that isn’t available on a streaming service like crunchyroll.
As for your other reply to someone else claiming Monica is still getting tons of roles, no shit the circle jerk hiring squad is gonna keep giving her roles to the circle jerk dubs, she’s not getting roles anywhere else. She’s the 12th bulma doing podcasts about championing a court case of her lies and dubbing even more titty shows, she’s not Laura Bailey pulling in union voice overs lmao
All this bullshit started because she wanted Vic’s job of ADR directing and script writing (lol just look at her job description now at what used to be Funimation lmfao “ADR director”)
Anime is “foreign originals” and even if you wanna be technical netlfix clearly is still dubbing pretty much all their anime the same way. You didn’t even acknowledge how much anime is being dubbed despite claims nobody cares about itLive action dramas/tv shows does not equal the same as anime, I could point you to their continued failures of live action remakes of animes as proof of that.

and pirating is still king because free is a niggas favorite word.

And their point was that the reason it hasn't taken a hit is because she's in an insular clique of aging industry people. My point wasn’t Monica is some massive Star, it’s that acting like her career has somehow taken a hit from this whole situation is a comically dense
the vast majority of the industry new and old seem much more on her side than on Vic’s, there’s nothing that makes me believe if she was an LA based talent she would be any worse off than before all this. And their point was that the reason it hasn't taken a hit is because she's in an insular clique of aging industry people.
Please consult with the thread before you fax your next letter to the judge.Vic NEEDS to take this to the Supreme Court. He wasn't able to present his evidence. They shut him up. Chupp also needs to be dealt with for his negligence and incompetency and refusal to look at the evidence.
That's not really what I think. I think Crunchyroll is slowly phasing out Funimation as a brand because there isn't much value with it. That's mostly unrelated to the Vic thing. Though I'm sure a lot of people were turned off by that whole affair. They're already shutting down the app and taking the name off certain projects. I think once Funimation is phased out, we're going to hear a lot less about the two fats and the rest of the ensemble. I think slowly their careers are going to die out.the vast majority of the industry new and old seem much more on her side than on Vic’s, there’s nothing that makes me believe if she was an LA based talent she would be any worse off than before all this.
Like I’m sorry but if you really think “the entire industry is twisting to discard Funimation and the two fats” you’re just delusional
Half the internet is fake at this point especially on twitter so I have a hard time believing that.the vast majority of the industry new and old seem much more on her side than on Vic’s, there’s nothing that makes me believe if she was an LA based talent she would be any worse off than before all this.

They can phase out the name but if they don't phase out the vermin that burned that name to the ground, they'll just repeat what they did to the Funimation brand. That's not really what I think.
